Clean but no friendly
Super clean room and was super nice but the Employees was so rude and not friendly didn’t want us to bother them. Overall so clean though! I just hope eventually they have nicer staff and not give you the run around!
Nice hotel but parking is horrible
After driving 11 hours, I arrive to find out I have to valet for $10/20 or find street parking. So I spent 20-30 minutes trying to find parking. Room was ok. Because of the parking I don’t think I’ll stay here again. The other hotels around had parking for their guest.
Better Hotel Experience Ever
Everything was in order and perfect definitely looking to come back soon. Thanks for the wonderful experience. The team did an fantastic job and being welcomed in was great and the valet service was very good
Great stay
Overall hotel was great, staff was respectful and attentive. Looking forward to my next stay real soon, pool was super relaxing and bar was most definitely great. Gym was clean and section all pretty good.
Time for a management meeting
Upon check-in I ask if they have covered parking and they said no. Yet the Hampton Inn next-door did have covered parking. That’s where I wanted to stay but they were already booked up. I called Hiltons 800 number to double check and see if they had any vacancies. I told her I was looking for covered parking due to possible bad storms that night. Needless to say I got this hotel with no covered parking. My pet peave is no mold or mold stained caulk in the shower. Yep, it was in there. Then they have an open closet with drawers, candy wrapper laying on one of the shelves in full view. Upon leaving there were staff members sitting in the area near the front desk. Stood there a minute and like oh I guess I just drop my door cards here. Not one person spoke to us when we left. I have to give Hilton some advice... hire a new interior decorator for your hotels.
