Horrible service
Horrible customer service!! 2 of the staff have nasty attitudes one of them being the manager. Won’t give contact info to anyone over this manager with the bad attitude! Was booked on a Monday for a room on Thursday it was supposed to be a big room with 2 queen beds, bunk beds and a couch. We are a family of 5 with 3 small children. We got here Thursday night to be checked in and was informed that our room was given away (the worker called and confirmed with the manager that the owner gave our room away) and we were to be given 2 rooms with 2 beds in each (this does not work with 3 small children and insurance will not pay for 2 separate rooms) I signed for one room Thursday night. I called Friday morning and spoke to the manager (Erica) she had a horrible attitude saying we never had that room and that we only have the 1 small room. It has been back and forth and I have called ihg corporate and waiting to hear back. The worker tonight (Tima) has a horrible attitude as well I was checking to see if ihg had called to get anything straightened out. I came back down to get towels.... I was told I had to bring my dirty ones down to get new ones. I brought down the dirty ones( she literally counted them) and had to throw a fit to get 5 towels and 5 wash clothes so that we would have enough for everyone to shower. We have not had 5 towels yet since my kids haven’t stayed here every night since I have been trying to get the room straightened out. The people above us ran and jumped all night long! Kept us and our kids up all night long I was told there was nothing they could do until they got to the point to put them out but they won’t do that. This place is ridiculous! Don’t waste your money!
Overnight Stay
Fabulous Hotel. Great rooms and ooohhh the mattress was so comfy ..I didn't get much sleep because I didn't want to miss enjoying it !! LOL !! The hotel breakfast was simple, but they had cooked it perfectly so I was happy with it. Check in and out was quick and pleasant. Totally would stay again.
A very relaxing stay...
We stayed at this Holiday Inn a year ago with a great review. We're back again to see if anything has changed. Thankfully, everything was as good as we had hoped. A quick check-in by a very pleasant staff behind the desk followed by a nice, clean and fresh room made this another great stay. The receptionist was again eager to help us find certain establishments. We left the next day assured to be back in the future.
New, Nice hotel
Very nice hotel. Bedding was very nice. Enjoyed the fire pit in the back. Nice fitness center and pool. The staff was very friendly. We have family in the area and would definitely consider booking at this hotel.
New & nice
I was very pleased & pleasantly surprised. It's Holiday Inn so I wasn't expecting a 5 star. All of the staff (Ericka checked us in) were terrific, friendly & helpful. The rooms are clean and still smell new :) . Nice breakfast buffet with all the usual items. I would definitely recommend.
