Great place to stay!
Amazing hotel! So accommodating! Staff is great, and location as well. Haley works the front desk and she’s so awesome and helpful! I would recommend to friends and family! Great rooms! Great prices!!
Average is being Generous
I would not recommend this place to anyone, only good is there is one employee that I dealt with that was very nice and professional. They do not deserve any more of my time, just telling you now it appears to be a clean but they are cheap and very intrusive will go in your room the minute you leave and they are shady. can't Made unauthorized charge to card, can't comment further due to pending legal action.
Terrible!! Rude staff, false advertising, refused a refund and management is very unprofessional!
On October 10, 2020, I booked a room through the priceline app for Hometown Hotel because they said "pets allowed." Well what a mess. After walking in the door, the front desk lady charged me a $50 deposit for the room and then asked if I had pets. She then informed me the dogs are $25 a piece. She also told me my dogs were over the weight limit and apparently not allowed in the room I booked online. She said I had to switch out my room for a cheaper room at the same price. No way lady. No way I'm paying the same money for a cheaper hotel room and $50 non refundable pet deposit. I asked for a refund because I wasn't paying $166.55 for a room for the night in a run down hotel that smells like mildew. She and the manager both refused a refund. I still haven't received my money back. Absolutely unprofessional. No where on their advertisement on the priceline app were any details about the pet policy, pet weight limit or even instructions to call the hotel before booking.
Peaceful Place
I enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet, and one of the most cleanest hotels I’ve ever visited. Good service and breakfast is available although I overslept I heard it was good. The shower is my favorite thing about the room
Creepiest experience of my life
Creepiest experience of my life. The manager evidently sits at home and watches everything that goes on in the hotel all day long and all night long. My daughter, who is disabled, myself, and the caregiver stayed here for seven nights. They say they’re pet friendly but they’re really not!!! The service is horrible!!! Being a coffee drinker, the coffee pot in the room did not work so I took it to the front desk the clerk called his manager, which is what he did for everything and he said that I could come down to the lobby in the morning and drink coffee. He would deal with it the next day. Being four women in a hotel alone. we were in the room watching TV, one person changing clothes and a male member of the hotel staff knocks on the door, doesn’t wait for anybody to answer and opens the door to come in. We yelled and he backed out. When I called the front desk the employee apologized and said he was checking the room because he thought it was empty. We had been here three days!!!! I guess Chester the molester works here!!!!!’ What if we were sleeping?
