I am currently holidaying at this hotel and am totally disgusted with the attitude of the staff. After complaining about guest squirting water at an elderly couple who were minding their own business I told manager and they have done nothing to help these elderly guests. Everyone at the pool were disgusted at these four drunk and incapable girls and to allow them to carry on is a disgrace. I have been here 5times but will not be coming back as this is not what I expect management to allow actions of 4girls to disrupt a poolside full of guest.

Great hotel for a cheap break away. The outside doesn’t look great but we knew this from the pictures, Inside is modern we were also upgraded free of charge which was lovely. We were on floor 14 with air con. The view was amazing and you definitely don’t feel unsafe on the balcony. All staff have been good and helpful. Pool area is decent , evening entertainment is ok, leaves a little to be desired but Atleast there is something. We stayed half board and I would say breakfast is better than the evening meal although for a 3 star hotel I wouldn’t say it was bad. It is a bit limited for vegans or dairy or gluten free diets. We did eat our a few times as there are so many lovely restaurants so close by. Hotel is a great location, a few minutes walk to the main promenade with shops, bars and restaurants. We also walked to las americas and costa adeje from here. I think you get what you pay for, it’s a 3 star hotel in a great location for the money. It is a little dated but not badly. We got a great deal on this break and more than happy With what we paid versus value for money.

Our experience we are here now as I write this review don't listen to the bad reviews we are sitting by the pool bar there is no loud music being played please turn it up.there is no smoking round pool but is a smoking area we in room 1018 10th floor lovely big room. Lovely sea view beach shops all 5min walk way good and hot plenty of choice best food we have ever on an AL PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO STRIP OUT SIDE THE HOTEL hotel is nicely situated would definitely recommend and would return well done to management and staff and we are looking forward to the rest of our stay with yourself

A great hotel in a convenient location that we have returned to year after year - sometimes twice a year and now a favourite with our friends too. The hotel is very good value for money, the rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean & a decent size, good storage & contain everything you need - including a kettle! We stay on the HB basis and find the breakfast & evening dinner offer a great variety of food with something for everyone. The staff are friendly, hard working and helpful. A lovely touch when we returned to our room to find a bottle of fizz & 2 glasses for my husbands birthday even though we hadn't told anyone it was his birthday! Keep up the good work - we look forward to returning again next week 😊

I came back from a 4 night stay with my friend on a bed and breakfast basis. Firstly this Hotel is spotless inside and out. Upon arrival we upgraded to an Xtra room which had a sea view, bathrobe slippers and a few extras. The cleaner came in everyday and she was so lovely as were all the hotel staff. The breakfast was great and lots of choice for anyone. It's closely located to the beachfront less than a 5 mins walk to the restaurants and also the market on a Sunday and Tuesday is less than a 10 min walk. All in all I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel. It is genuinely the first 3 star hotel that I have stayed in that I would gladly and happily stay in again. Big shout out also to the barman downstairs where the live music is every night at 8.30. He was such a lovely guy and really looked after us. Brilliant hotel, brilliant staff and will be coming back again!
