Great location and hotel
The hotel is located in the Grand Place which has a car park beneath. We visited Arras for the Christmas market and our hotel gave us a room which overlooked the whole event. The room was fairly small with its own facilities and a TV with French stations. They advertise free wifi but I was not able to make a connection. Breakfast was continental style which consisted of a large selection of breads, cereals, fruits, cheeses and meats. Juices, teas, coffee and hot chocolate was also available. There are 3 steps at the entrance to the hotel but once inside there is a lift to all floors. The car park cost €12 for 24 hours.
Good value
Hotel is right on the square with underground parking available very close by. Hotel is quite dated but very clean. Would have been nice to have had a headboard on the bed Lol!! Very friendly staff, great position, good shower and very clean. All in all was happy as it was very cheap and did the job. We had a room at the back, which was very quiet, think one’s at from would be noisy as it’s a very vibrant square.
Good location, good value
Friendly welcome at reception. Great location in the magnificent Grand Place with convenient underground parking nearby and many restaurants and bars. Room was simple but clean and well kept with a spacious en suite shower room. Good selection of meats, cheese, bread and croissants at breakfast. Recommended for a stopover in Arras.
One night in Arras
Fantastic location right on the grand place which has many wonderful resteraunts and bars . I would highly recommend the Vivianni italian restaurant. The hosts were very friendly the rooms quaint and the shower in our room (48) was hot and powerful. Breakfast was really good with lots on offer and plenty of it. Charming hosts and a great night away.
Weekend away
My partner booked us this hotel for a weekend away. Yes as lots of people have said it is very basic but very clean and friendly, the hotel was also very quiet just what we was looking for. It sits in one of the town squares and has everything you need in the local vicinity. Breakfast is buffet style but lots of choice and a variety of drinks on offer too. Staff very polite and unlike a lot of hotels there is free WiFi and a free safe in the room
