Weekend stay
If you like large clean rooms this is the place! Simple main lobby and a beautiful landings on the floors. Located in historic building with great use of space. Room was on the third floor and could not hear any street noise. Perfect location. Free breakfast in the attached Bistro Restaurant is a nice touch!
Great stay at Haywood park hotel
Beautiful hotel, great amenities. The breakfast was great, the coffee was the best I’ve had. The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. All of the staff was friendly. Complimentary champagne at check in was a great touch. Can’t wait to visit again.
Highly suggest!
You cannot beat the location for downtown Ashville. My boyfriend and I came for a few days to get away and we cannot stress enough about how great our time was and how satisfied we were with the service. We had a junior King suite and it was plenty large enough and very comfy furniture- from couch to bed. We felt well rested each morning. From champagne arrival, robes, and exceptional service- you will not be disappointed! I was a little nervous reading past reviews saying the hotel was dated- but I will say I did not experience anything of the sort. From the lobby, to the elevators, to the rooms everything was updated. We are looking forward to returning!
Honeymoon trip
Andrew was amazing and made our experience amazing. He was so sweet and polite, offered us a glass of champagne for our honeymoon as well as Sanitized the carts before use, in this day that is very Important to my husband and I. Great experience and location over all! Definitely ask for Andrew at the concierge.
Great location and room!
We loved this clean, spacious room and the great location it was to downtown Asheville. The front desk staff was kind and helpful in every way. The room looked brand new and in this Covid-age they actually came in and cleaned our room after each night which was not true of other hotels on this trip. The only negative comment I would have is concerning their breakfast. They give you a free option for a lovely breakfast next door in a downtown restaurant that is a part of a Cambria hotel. It was warm and tasty on our first morning there.....but on our second day there the kitchen was so backed up that they could not offer us service for a half hour. It was not the fault of the kind staff there.....they were hustling as best as they could. I felt sorry for them yet realized that this is a shame since you offer the breakfast to your clients yet you cannot take care of their needs......it is Covid-times and this could be why.....but the breakfast staff needed to be better equipped to serve their customers no matter when they showed up to eat. Other than this is was a wonderful visit.
