Worth every Penny
An incredibly enjoyable experience. Very clean rooms & friendly staff throughout the Inn. The Christmas decorations were still on display & beautiful. Dinner at the restaurant our last night was superb.
Worth it! Especially around Christmas time :)
We stayed here for our honeymoon after we last minute decided to elope in Charleston after Covid kept cancelling our original plans. We stayed three nights and loved every minute of it. They are being very serious about Covid precautions which we definitely appreciated. We felt safe and had a great time. LP at the front desk checked us in and made us feel so welcomed. He was even the first one to call us by my new/married last name! Later that night, my husband and I were struggling to take a selfie in front of the beautiful Christmas tree in the lobby and he came out from behind the front desk to offer to take our picture (and even remembered/called us by our names). We will always cherish this picture because due to masks and social distancing etc it’s the only picture we have of the both of us from the whole honeymoon that isn’t a selfie or has us with our masks on. Great service like this was the norm the whole trip at this property but LP definitely stood out to us! :)
Great service and attention to detail
We bought our son and his fiancé a night at the Biltmore Inn after limited availability on the candlelight tours only allowed for a 10pm tour. Christy Holdren who books the Biltmore tours helped us pick just the right tour. Due to Covid restrictions- those tours were cancelled. I called the Biltmore Inn for assistance and Jeffrey- front office supervisor at the Village Hotel called me back and saved the day - and the expensive Christmas gift package for our son!!!! People like Christy and Jeffrey make the Biltmore worth the expense because of their dedication to service!!!

My husband and I LOVED our stay at The Biltmore Inn. If you are looking for a place to spend a beautiful and relaxing vacation, we couldn’t recommend the Biltmore Inn highly enough! Exceptional service throughout our entire stay. They made sure we felt safe during COVID-19. Special shout outs to Frank at the front desk, Tammy at valet, Jonathan at the veranda, Ryan at valet, Joshua waitstaff, Geoffrey at valet, and Wilson the bartender!
Exceptional experience
The staff were polite and helpful, the room was comfortable and well appointed. Views of the surrounding areas were an experience in itself. The Inn is a comfortable retreat and I would recommend it to anyone. Would visit again.
