Decent hotel for the price
Decent hotel for the bargain. It was clean and they are following COVID protocols. I advise you to call their front desk and book it with them directly instead of a third party. I was about to book it on Expedia since I saw a deal of $43 a night. I was talking on the phone to the front desk clerk asking questions about the measures they were taking for COVID-19 and she said she would match the cost exactly. She gave me the $43 rate a night and it helps eliminate the drama in case you need to cancel through a third party. And this is especially useful in case you suddenly get sick with COVID and everything has to be adjusted. So look for deals and call them up to see if they can match it. Hotels are struggling right now so they are making it easier for everyone. The hotel itself was fine but I just had a few issues with it. The mattress was quite firm. Most hotel beds you sink in like you’re sleeping on clouds. This wasn’t like that. But then again I was so exhausted after a long drive to Green Bay we passed out immediately. And I’m not sure if it was an issue with our tub or if all tubs were like this. The middle of the tub dipped in the center and you felt off balance and it kept creaking so it was weird. Never dealt with that before and I didn’t like it. I felt like I was going to fall right through to the suite below me if the tub cracked apart with all the creaking. Also I was incredibly disappointed with the breakfast. I was so looking forward to the breakfast of theirs for days especially since Marriott breakfast has always been my favorite. They said they would serve hot breakfast and then you can take it up to your room to eat due to COVID precautions. No problem. Checked in on a Saturday night and the menu said eggs and sausages. Went down Sunday morning for breakfast and they didn’t have it suddenly. Only hot foods they had was waffles or biscuits and gravy. The rest was all cold including hard boiled eggs that were served cold in a ziploc bag. All the food was disappointing in taste and I should have just gone down to iHOP. They have the pool and hot tub open for reservations only so you would call the front desk to reserve the indoor pool area for a 1 hour long session. It seems everyone took advantage because when we got there it was booked till midnight and we checked in by 3pm. Also if you need to change the source on the TV you’ll need to ask the front desk for the TV remote. The remote in the room doesn’t have a source button. We wanted to change the HDMI port since we brought our Roku stick. The hotel is down the street from Lambeau Field and you can get there in about 10 minutes with a car. There’s a lot of great restaurants all around including Taste of India that’s only 5 minutes away. So it’s a convenient spot with a convenient price so I can’t complain much for the price. Just wish their breakfast was better and I would have given them 4 stars.
They treat you very nice here!
Made a last minute reservation and arrived about 8:30 PM. Walked through the door and was greeted with, “you must be Dave” Spotless. Definitely make you comfortable with how serious they approach the Covid-19 issues. Breakfast was great. Everything is available for you to order and take back to your room. All the staff are genuinely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!
A great Marriot experience
The rooms were large with mini bar and microwave. The pool and hot tub were clean and perfect after a day of travel. We had to sign up times to use the pool to limit number of guests . Breakfast was preorder and delicious .
Nice hotel and Convenient Location
One night stay - checked in late and left early. The hotel was very easy to get to and extremely clean. Everyone was wearing masks. The breakfast was grab and go, but had a great selection of individually wrapped items.
Great place!
I will keep it short and sweet by saying this place was awesome! The rooms were very modern with awesome beds and the staff was great! I had no qualms with staying here during the pandemic as the hotel was exceptionally clean. The breakfast was very limited (cold items only) due to the pandemic. There's also no seating in the breakfast area as it's grab and go only. I definitely recommend this place!
