Nice hotel
We stayed here for one night and it was a very nice experience. Quite simple but clean and a nice ambiance. Breakfast had a nice view on the garden. Also the personnel was friendly, so we were happy :)
Location
Location was excellent and close to most of the historical sites I came to visit, just a 10 minutes walk to all. Acropolis,Hadrian's arch, Olympic stadium and ancient agora. Hotel was basic and cheap , bed comfy, shower good, clean and tidy. Staff were all young and a little ignorant for my liking and disinterested in anything but smoking outside.
Not reliable!!
As other custormers’ reviews, I booked also to stay in this hotel in July and after I paid my reservation, I received an email canceling my reservation without any reason!! I sent emails, phone them and no answer whatsoever about my refund!! Only received a refund because the reservation was made via booking. Anyway, after reading reviews about the poor service and how dirty the hotel is, kinda glad didn’t stay there!!
Scam
Same as prior reviewers - booked through booking.com, hotel them email and requested a pre-payment. I was not paying enough attention - and made the payment. The hotel then cancelled the booking. This is a scam. Don't book this hotel.
BE AWARE - WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
Via BOOKING.COM, I booked as this "hotel" on 8/10/17 for July 2018, fully paying up front, as per their request. One month ago (26/4/18 - 2 months before travelling & everything arranged) out of the blue, I received an email from them, Cancelling my Booking with no reason whatsoever!!! THEY WERE RIDICULOUS ENOUGH to state that they would't charge me any Cancellation Fee! - I repeat they were fully paid 7 months ago! They never answered my calls or replied to my emails. Gladly Booking.Com refunded the whole amount. However, now I have flight tickets for the whole family for Summer Vacations and no Accomodation - eveything is now too expensive as it is high season. I now have to double or triple my original budget in order to cover the vacations I planned 8 months ago - NOT TRUSTWORTHY - HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - BE CAREFUL!
