We stayed 3 nights for a city break with two children aged 10 and 12 years old- lovely clean provision, modern apartment extremely well situated, excellent breakfast from local cafe provided and airport transportation. Friendly staff always happy to help with good local knowledge. Lounge area was noisy at night with local music but did not bother us much. Children enjoyed the plunge pool. Would highly recommend

Great location and very clean! We stayed 4 nights in a 2 bedroom apartment and were very pleased. There is a spiral staircase that must be used to go to the 2 bedrooms on the lower level. If you have problems maneuvering small steps, you may want a different room arrangement. We felt very safe exploring the neighborhood and the gated entrance to the hotel was nice. Many resturants are within a 5 minute walk. Perfect location for walking to the Acropolis and museums. Joseph, the owner, and his staff provided us an excellent stay. A delicous and generous breakfast from a nearby pastry shop was brought to our room every morning at the requested time. My husband really enjoyed visiting with Joseph. We definitely recommend you booking a stay at the Athenian Residence. Support local businesses and families.

Great place to stay in Athens

We really enjoyed our stay at the Athenian Residence. It is a great place if you want to go with a group but also appreciate some private space. The apartments are really nice and clean and the location is perfect. I also want to say how great the owners are. They offer a lot of information and you can call them any time of the day for help.

I can't say enough good things about this place! The location is perfect - just a quick walk to anything you want to see in Athens. We had a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a balcony which was perfect. It was spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. Everything was updated. The outside patio downstairs with the small pool looked nice though our stay was so short that we didn't get a chance to spend time down there. Katerina was excellent with explaining everything to us and showing us where the parking is (although it would have been slightly easier if we had gotten those instructions prior to our arrival but no big deal). Lastly, the breakfast that they delivered was delicious! Thanks for a great stay! Note: the clubs are hopping pretty late but I slept easily

Great place to stay in Athens Psiri

The room was spacious with plenty of room to enjoy the great hand-delivered breakfast. Perfectly located in the heart of Psiri with many restaurants, bars etc. and most sights in walking district. We were welcomed very warmly and Katerina was extremely helpful and even organized early breakfast on our last day. We had a great time.
