Weekend in the center of Athens
The personel was very friendly, the room big with good furniture. Nice view to Acropolis and a big balcony. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant 'st astra' was nice decorated with relaxing seats and fantastic view of Athens. Very clean in general. We felt safe.
An excellent last minute stay.
I had the opportunity to stay in the hotel due to the circumstances created by the Covid19 pandemic. Although I stayed for half a day , everything was excellent and I was treated professionally by the staff.
Great and very helpful Front Desk Agent
I recently needed to help a friend who forgot some of her items at the hotel and i called the front desk to inquire if Somebody can assist me with finding her stuff and put it in a safe place until she pick it up. When I call the front desk agent who answered with name Vicky was extremely polite and willing to help me with my request.I would like to say a big Thank you to Miss Vicky and all hotel operations staff who helped me to resolve this problem . Stay Safe !
My Experience
I enjoyed my overall eperince, the hotel was great and so were the staff. I did have things in my room moved and binned, along with my window being left open by the clearn all of which I reported. I did not get my recipt back. I was also only notified of the city tax upin my arrival, costing me further money. The free breakfast was great but everything else was far too overpriced.
Disappointing
Although we were told that the hotel was recently renovated we were disappointed. Appart from our room the rest of the building looked tired. We didn’t like the situation as well, not far from the center but didn’t feel safe walking around in the evening. Breakfast was awful. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
