STAY AWAY!! We reserved a s 2 bedroom suite for a party of 5. Upon our arrival we found that we are missing sheets blanket and pillow. We couldn't call the call front desk as the phone in our room was broken. I called the front desk from my cellphone just to find out that they DON'T HAVE BLANKETS. It's the end of November and they offered us to use towels instead of a blanket. REALLY????? It looks like this place has lack of maintenance, and ZIRO in costumers service. Definitely would NOT recommend this place. STAY AWAY!
Really nice hotel - excellent location

Beautiful rooms, amazing views, a wonderful stay. Comfy beds and very clean. My only complaint and this is for the hotel management....I have managed to obtain Titanium Elite level with Marriott during covid. I am a loyal Marriott customer. Why must I ask on check in about the lounge access? Oh, it's closed? Will I receive complimentary breakfast? I had booked 2 rooms and there were 3 in our party. I was told that in order to get the complimentary breakfast I would not be receiving the extra points for my stay (Whatever that meant???) and that there would be making an EXCEPTION to allow the 3rd person to be included at no charge for breakfast. Train your staff to give that tiny bit of customer service, so that the client doesn't have to ask for what your BONVOY status program rightfully give us.
Very nice experience

Two room weekend stay for my family of four over Labor Day weekend. I greatly appreciate and acknowledge that the hospitality industry is struggling with staffing issues. And try to keep perspective when visiting hotels and restaurants. That said, my experience with this JW was that they all were giving 110% and succeeding. Every person from the valet, to front desk, to bartenders and coffee house baristas were kind, enthusiastic, polite and appreciative. Our room was clean and nice. A great experience. I do look forward for my next visit for the concierge lounge to open. Would highly recommend.
Quiet stay. Overpriced location.

Decent stay for a few nights on a family vacation. As other reviewers mentioned, this is not up to the JW standards or experience. It’s a nice regular Marriott with the JW name. Requested a downtown high view room and was not disappointed. Excellent view. Well appointed room, and VERY quiet. The hotel seemed empty. Self parking ($$) is convenient. EV vehicle (couple Tesla spots and one other) right next to the entrance. The bar seemed to be closed more than open, but perhaps due to lack of people. The gym and locker rooms were nice, but the indoor pool was a bit cloudy. The hotel is attached to Lenox mall, but we overestimated the access and hours. Not a great hotel for nice nearby evening dining options. 3 stars under the JW name. 4.5 for a regular Marriott.
Great stay in Atlanta

Lovely hotel. Terrific location. Very clean room. The pool was amazing. The workout room is huge. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Atlanta. Parking is convenient and you can walk from the hotel to the Lennox Square mall. The staff were very helpful.
