Too many problems…

Absolutely one of the worst hotel services ever. I went for a family trip and there were just too many problems. The elevator was broke twice, once where it stopped on every floor before mine (even the ones which were shut for construction) and then when it didn’t open and it me on my arm. I did complain about this and the hotel staff was nice about it. my non smoking room smelled like smoke this we had to switch the room. To talk about the hotel it is a good property w a nice and big casino. It may come across as a bit old and needs renovation. The Indian guy behind the counter from the cafe shop was absolutely a gem.

My wife and I booked a two night stay.when we got to the hotel we got keys to the room.when we entered the room their was a terrible smell.the room looked worse then a lousy motel.they left old food in the refrigerator. We booked the Caesar hotel for the first time because we wanted a fancy hotel.we went back to the lobby and asked to change the room. We said we don’t mind paying more but we can’t stay at this room.the guy told us that they have a room and we need to pay 60$ more per night.we agreed and took the new keys.the room was on the 42 floor.the room looked nicer then the previous one but it wasn’t fancy. We went to the casino and stayed there till 5:30 am. We went to sleep just to be wakes up at 7:00am from ear popping noise of construction work in the next rooms.the horrible noise kept going till afternoon. This was by far our worst hotel stay in our life. We will never use this hotel again.

Caesars in Atlantic City, New Jersey, is a large higher end hotel with casino. Room was clean and nice ocean view. Conveniently located right on the Boardwalk. Because it's so large it was always crowded.
Good but most resaurants are closed

We stayed in the South Forum Tower. The casino was not too busy and there was no one on the check in line, but we still got charged an early check in fee. The room was good but the bathroom was really small, particularly the sink. There was no place to put your toiletries, cosmetics, etc., except for a small glass shelf above the sink. Overall, not a big deal. Although one day while we were out the room was not serviced. Thankfully, we had enough spare towels to get us through the next morning. Probably was an innocent oversight. The rooms have free wifi, but you have to sign up each day for basic wifi (and hope they don't forget to reverse the pending charges at the end of the stay). You are also limited to two devices. So if both guests have phones, and one needs to use a computer to keep up with work, you'll have to make a choice. To be fair, the only major disappointment was the lack of restaurant options. The buffet was closed, as was Cafe Nero. Mortons and Gorden Ramsey were open but these are very pricey options. Kwi Noodle Bar was open and a more reasonably priced option. Tazza is basically a sandwich or dessert option. We had a pizza (whole pies only) upstairs where the buffet used to be, which was good. We visited other casinos during our stay (Tropicana & Hard Rock) and had dinner there. In the end, it's OK to stay here and play here, but you may wish to keep in mind outside dining options if your stay is several days.

Single worst experience of my life, dirty room next to a traffic light, very loud and noisy street. My wife could not sleep. Casino is just depressing, had to wait 30 minutes for Laurel Lunge to eat old swordfish… depressing place. We often stay at Caesar’s
