Room was clean -- service at the Caesars Reward Center was awful

Just an FYI, we left the room at 9:45 AM because hubby had to be at work by noon. Thank you for a great experience except for the RUDE WOMAN at the Caesars Rewards Desk…..who didn’t want to deal with me because I raised my voice due to the fact that when we left Harrah's to go to Borgata, we had to pay $10. All she had to say was that the rules have changed and we had to pay to leave even if we are returning to stay overnight. Then insisted, what was the big deal to pay $10 as if we were unable to afford it. It was the principle behind it. Instead of trying to be nice to me (Customer is always right doesn’t apply to her apparently), she pawned me to another woman who was actually very nice and patient. Guess patience is not one of her attributes -- she had a bad morning and the counter had just opened at 10 AM. Thank you for ruining our experience. I know this isn’t going any further but I just wanted to express my dismay. Thank you. Rosetta

DO NOT STAY HERE!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Came for the weekend to for my very first time to relax and clear my head. I WILL NEVER STAY HERE EVER AGAIN! I bought a premium room. Went to check in and was told oh they are all sold out! She said idk why they are letting people book the premium rooms when we don't have any. So she wanted to down grade me. It took for me to complain to her and then her manager to get me into my room that I paid for. Then the restaurant AC Burgers isn't any better. After trying to check in I went there to get something to eat. They got my entire order wrong. Then Saturday morning ordered breakfast to my room from Coastal. Ordering on the website is a nightmare and pretty much you are playing a guessing game on what you will actually get. No where on the menu does it say potatoes comes with omelets. So I bought a side of potatoes. I get my omelet and it comes with potatoes. I had all these potatoes more than I could eat or wanted. Then later I tried getting out of the garage of the hotel and they wouldn't let me out. Harrahs caused me more stress than ever!!!! I will NEVER go back there ever again!

Filthy room

I’ve stayed at this hotel years ago but it has really gone downhill. The shower didn’t drain, shower curtain was filthy, leak in the toilet. No comforters on the bed. Rugs in the room were filthy. Just really shocked at how downhill it has gone!

I have stayed at many hotels and Casinos especially in Atlantic City but this last stay at Harrahs was the WORST! I never stayed at Harrahs so I said why not. I will Never Ever in my life stay at this hotel again! When I tell you it’s the worst believe it. This hotel is dark and gloomy the rooms are not well lit the casino workers are rude. I was trying to find food to eat at 5 pm and their was nowhere to eat only 2 restaurants that wasn’t what I wanted expensive and no variety! The Casino is a money sucker you can tell this place is really rigged out of all Caesars properties this is the Worst!! If you are thinking of staying here DO NOT! I don’t care what they offer you you will pay for it big. I wish someone would have told me I would have not went.. I was thinking about going for New Years but after this last trip to Harrahs I am canceling my room and will not be back in Atlantic City No Time Soon! Awful

No Internet, Casino Doesn't Care

Internet only worked sporadically. When I called for help, I was told to reboot my computer, but that didn't work. While I was on hold waiting for my call to be escalated, it started working again, so I hung up, but shortly after it stopped working again. I was staying in the Waterfront Tower, and went to the front desk to see if they could perhaps transfer me to another area where the internet might work, but they said that the problem was throughout the hotel. I have a Diamond card where I don't get charged a resort fee, and had a comped room and was only paying $5.27 in taxes, but I'm still supposed to get free wi-fi and it should work. I can't imagine how upset the people who have to pay their ridiculous resort fees must be when they aren't getting the main benefit that the resort fee is supposed to pay for. On top of that the hotel and room is outdated and old looking, the thermostat was set at 60, and there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign in the room. When I went to the front desk about the internet, I also asked them to put a "Do Not Disturb" sign on the door, and it never happened, so I had to call again when I got back to the room late at night. When I checked out the next day, I asked if they could do something to compensate me for the lack of internet, figuring maybe I could get some rewards credits out of it. The clerk called over her manager and she said that she couldn't do anything because they already checked out. I would recommend avoiding this casino and hotel and playing at the Borgata. The Borgata is much nicer and more modern, the internet works reasonably well, and they are much better and more generous at rewarding gamblers for their play.
