The Family-Owned Experience You Want
Opinión escrita el 11 de abril de 2022
I loved this place. It's got that family-owned feel. I'd choose this place over the bigger chain places again for sure. Everyone was really nice, even the cleaning people. It was like I had been adopted by a nice Indian family, and they loved me as their own son, but still respected my boundaries, and encouraged me to follow my dreams.

First nasty but somewhat redeemed

Well they must have under estimated a country girl... first room smelled like a mix of pot and cigarettes..ALOT of drugs and alleged prostitution. no phone no microwave no coffee pot .. small refrigerator ... not good at all... went down and told them I wanted a better room of course elaborated as to why I wanted a better room.... SOOO ... I got a room just like on the website... still no coffee pot ... Still only 2 towels and wash clothes..and 5 in the family OH YEA...my 10 month old granddaughter was playing on the floor (she cant walk yet) so when I picked her up and her legs were nasty dirty ..after looking at the bathtub I took our shampoo and washed the bathtub out bc it had a gross dirt ring around it and my grandchildren had to take a bath ...I also fixed the bathtub ...the water goes down now....Disgusting amount of hair and paper came out of the drain.... I should get a discount for that....lol I went down to take the grandkids to swim and lady excuse me a woman bc a lady wouldn’t talk like that....was screaming and cussing at the manager and all the way back to her room ... not what I want my grandkids around... Didn’t take any pictures of the hotel but I’m sure you don’t need pictures to get the idea of how the hotel is.. We relocated to a different hotel for the remainder of our stay Pros... lady at the reception was friendly... cold air conditioner ... powerful shower

AWESOME EXPERIENCe
Opinión escrita el 2 de julio de 2018
The hotel was very nice. It was large and very clean. It had a large kitchenette and was a very comfortable stay, at a reasonable price. This is definitely where we will be staying when visiting Augusta Georgia in the future. They also had a trial size moisturizer (Alta) in the room that smelled so fresh and clean, I would LOVE to have more!!

A good hotel

Stayed at hotel while visiting The Masters. Good location. Bedding was very clean. Heating and cooling are provided by individual units. We were able to set it at comfortable temperature. Personnel were pleasant. Breakfast was quite limited as regards to variety.

Best hotel for the money!
Opinión escrita el 31 de marzo de 2018
The hotel was clean and everything was better than expected for a hotel priced as inexpensive as this one was. My only complaint is the maid came 9:30-10:30 every morning and woke us. Other than that, the hotel and staff were great. I suppose the hotel has a problem with theft, because we were told to pay a $20 deposit to obtain a coffee maker (which was listed as an amenity online) and we also didn't have an iron in the room (I suppose a deposit for that as well). There was a strong scent of marijuana here, daily. Nearly everytime I went outside of the room, and nearly every room that I walked by, smelled like marijuana. Our room smelled like marijuana for the first day or two. We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights and it wasnt bad at all, for the price. The kitchenette and full-sized refrigerator was a bonus.
