Don't get caught up in the name

Seeing the name of the hotel I had high expectations. Before booking lower those expectations. Think Super 8 with better beds and bathrooms. Guest service was awful. Having a new staff does not excuse poor communication. Broken drywall in our room, stained sheets, fire alarm going off(due to needing a battery) for over 24 hours, housekeeping staff RUDE. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

Front Desk is extremely friendly and helpful

Very nice only 6 year old clean property. Large rooms. Front desk service is AMAZING. See Sharmaine!! She's the best. Checked in after 8pm and she gave us upgraded better rooms than we had asked for. She was training another employee and she was also very friendly. They learn from the best.

Wonderful Hotel Experience

We recently stayed a week at this hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was always welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The room was large, spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety hot and cold items. We will return. I highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was great from the customer service, beautiful clean property, continental breakfast...we stayed Christmas night and enjoyed our down time. Close to everything stores restaurants pharmacy and interstate. we would definitely return for another stay
