DO NOT BOOK
During our stay on September 28th we were supposed to get 2 non-smoking rooms. When we got to the hotel, 1 of the rooms we got was clearly a smoking and there was somebody making repairs to the room. I asked to get a new one, we saw 4 different rooms and they all smelled really bad. After finding another room, we found it was infested with bed bugs.
Do NOT ever book here! Disgusting!
Omg, where do I even begin. My friends and I checked in for the Ironman Augusta. When we walked in our room the smell was so terrible it about knocked us over. I can't even identify it. A mix of must, cigarettes, and years of not cleaning. I immediately noticed the comforters were stained with cigarette burns all over them. The toilet had fecal stains in the bowl. The floor was dirty with hair on it. They provided half a roll of a toilet paper and when I grabbed it from the metal wall box it was setting in the box came out of the wall and a roach ran out. The furniture was broken. Walls were dirty and stained. They didn't even give us hand soap. I like camping and I am not a five star hotel person. I'm fine with Days Inn etc. This was so unbearable we immediately checked out and asked for our money back. Staff didn't even try to argue because they have know how unacceptable the conditions are. The hotel is in a very sketchy part of town and the hotel guests looked very unsavory. As we were checking out another man and his training buddy were also leaving. They said they took one look around their room and said no way. We went down to the Ramada instead. It was much closer to the race route and nice conditions. This hotel should be torn down it's in that bad of condition. Stay away no matter what you do!!!
No longer Quality Inn
Old, decaying motel in need of total redo or tear down. Furniture was in tatters and no room phone. Second floor balcony was falling apart. Be warned. No wonder Quality Inn is no longer associated. Only redeeming aspect was breakfast.
Good for what I needed.
The outside isn't very appealing but the rooms were clean and i slept comfortable. I needed a place for my boys and I and it was okay...Would i Stay here gain if i needed to...Absolutely. I had to add another day since I was visiting the hospital and I had no trouble at all.
Disgusting ! Under no circumstances should you stay here..
Without a doubt the worst place we have ever stayed. Our room was prepaid because it was the Masters week and there were no other rooms available or we would have left. The first room they gave us had backed up sewage in the toilet. Asked to be moved. The second room was not much better. Filthy bathroom. Feces all over the toilet, mold everywhere. Stain on the sheet. Microwave encrusted with food. Every piece of furniture had dirt and food residue. The stairwell had trash and debris piled up. We were traveling with another couple and their room was just as bad as ours. So happy to leave and never go back.
