Arron helped me get situated in my room, great customer service. If you looking for a clean room, and beautiful vibes then this is the place to be. Very helpful , and understanding . I always look forward to coming here.
Dirty, rundown, in need of major updates. A real “crackhead hotel.”

The hotel staff in the evening and early in the morning were great. The hotel itself was another story. Very run down, our room smelled of weed, the floors were dirty, the bathroom door had cracks in it. Make sure you check under the mattress, my husband found a crack pipe and butane for a lighter. Took it to the front desk and the young lady working jumped back and said “We can’t take that.” Well, we aren’t taking it with us. We were woken up in the middle of the night by cars with loud thumping music. Cars were being worked on in the parking lot. So glad that our child didn’t come with us on this trip as we would have walked right back out.
Property has gone downhill in the last few years.

Have stayed at this property many times over the last 10 or so years. Unfortunately, my recent stays have been less than what is expected from the Sleep Inn (Choice Hotels) brand. In general, the overall quality and cleanliness of the rooms has degraded. Most recent stay was for two weeks. After 4 nights, I asked that my room be cleaned and serviced. Didn't happen. It took three days of asking every night before the room was serviced. Past that after a 4 day interval, a request to service the room was made. I was handed a "Amenity Delivery Request" for towels, trash service, amenities etc. I am paying for a room and appropriate housekeeping services. It is NOT my job to change the sheets and towels in the room I am renting. Asking to have the room cleaned twice over a two week period is hardly unreasonable, As others have noted, the back door is often propped open and unsecured. There is NO guest laundry at this property. The Choice Hotels website shows a guest laundry on the 'amenities' section of the property. Stay was extended for a week. Front desk updated my key for the extra time. Unfortunately, that clerk forget to enter the extended dates into the computer system. Fortunately a Manager called me, rather than removing my belongings from the room and was able to extend my stay as had been earlier requested. Attention to detail is important. Right now, it seems that they are not paying attention.
GENESIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
Reviewed 6 march, 2021
I had a reservation at this property. I walked in it was a line. I waited until it was my turn. GENESIS the front desk worker with a bald head had extremely poor customer service skills. This person was helping everyone around me instead of focusing on the customer. I wasn't feel well that day and just wanted to check in and go to sleep and get back on the hwy in the morning. I decided to leave and call priceline to cancel. That person GENESIS wouldn't give my money back due to his poor customer service skills. I will NEVER book another "Sleep Inn" or through "Priceline" again. Priceline need to come up with something to help the customer if there unhappy with the hotel and customer service. Basically I gave this sorry nasty hotel my hard earn money for free. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Also "GENESIS" didn't have on a mask. Unsafe property doing this pandemic times.
