Great Place To Ring In The New Year
Our room was great, a double king suite. It was clean and they remembered all the little things. Natalya T. was a great guest service agent. She was pleasant, gave great ideas, and extremely professional. A great person for first impressions.
Great hotel
We stayed here this past week for a “bucket list” trip for my father in law and we were extremely happy with the friendliness of the staff, cleanliness of the hotel and location. Unfortunately most of the area was not allowing dine in at restaurants but luckily for us the manager allowed us to eat our take out in the dining area in the lobby! We stay at Cambria hotels whenever available and this is one of the best we have had the pleasure of staying at!
Nice hotel overall
This hotel is basically nice but also a mixed bag. The front desk staff were initially pleasant. But they were told (in my earshot) of a liquid spill in one of the elevators. I later took the same elevator to my floor and saw the liquid, which was placed right under the floor selector, where anyone could have stepped and slipped. I thought the lack of follow-through was overdue. But when the same circle of liquid was STILL there the next morning and even smeared into a larger area, I was disgusted. Nothing had been done. Also, I was disappointed by the minimalistic supplies in the room. The bed and pillows were comfortable, but I became chilled during the night, and there was no blanket. It was sorely missed. I had to get up in the middle of the night and spread my coat over the covers. And in a King room for 2 people, there were only 2 coffees (regular) and 1 decaf. Even worse, there was only 1 each cream and sugar. I take 2 of each in my coffee alone. In these trying times, when there is no decent breakfast service, for which your customers are NOT at fault, you could at least provide us with adequate coffee supplies.

This was a very nice hotel after arriving from airport on vacation. Very large room, kinda like a glorified Comfort suites. Great beds, pillows. Girls working desk great. Biggest takeout burger from restaurant on site. Staying again night before fly home. ONLY $88 plus tax senior for a Cambria ( first time at one) AND Choice has free $50 gift card with 2 stays on a Saturday night no less. Must be intense competition
Great experience , Clean comfortable and convenient.
I've stayed at this location several times and have experienced nothing but great service from the staff. The shuttle is on time and even runs 'special' runs in between scheduled runs . The whole place is immaculate. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the lobby , outdoor seating and pool areas are oh so inviting as well. This location is accommodating to several restaurants within a 500 yard distance of the front door (ie; walking distance). as well as being 10 minutes from just about any entertainment you may desire.
