Not a great place to stay

To start, the room had a smell. It was late and we were tired, so my wife sprayed some of her perfume into the air conditioning unit. The sheets had small holes in them. The breakfast consisted of toast - no butter available, waffles - no syrup available, coffee, no juices, two children's cereals, CocoPuffs and Frosted Flakes and that was it.

Front desk ladies were great! Room was awful!! Sheets were stained, we saw several roaches. This is not a place anyone with kids should go. It was the ultimate last resort and should be! Oh and the free breakfast was toast, Sunny D and cereal in a dispenser that looked like it had never been cleaned.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you could see the pictures that I took of the bedding and walls in this room, you would be shocked! I booked a reservation with Priceline for 3 nights. When I walked into the room, there were dark stains and cigarette burns all over the cheap blanket that was on the bed. There were also dark stains on the pillow cases. There were scuffs and dark marks all over the walls!! I took pictures and immediately walked back to the office to show them the pictures. I said I wanted a refund and they said That I had to call Priceline. I did. For the next 3 days I was given the run around with Priceline and the motel. I spent hours on the phone trying to get a refund. Priceline said they spoke to the manager and he said that there were no reports that there was any issues with the room. This is the absolute worst motel I’ve ever seen in my life. Finally the manager calls me and I told him my story. He said that he would give me a refund the following day after he spoke to his staff. He said he would call me. He never called!! $260 I paid for a room that I never even stayed in!! They are thieves!! The inside of the room looks nothing like the pictures on the website or the pictures they have on the desk where you check in. I will not stop. I will call every single association that I can to let the world know they are crooks!! I had to go stay at the Motel 6 down the road. I was in that room for less than 5 minutes. I will make it my mission to put them out of business! Look at the other reviews that people have left. What a nightmare!!!

Made a last minute reservation on Priceline for one night - wish I would've read the reviews first! Upon arrival realized the photos online did not match the actual premises. Person working the front desk gave me keys for a room. When I entered it was clear it had not been cleaned after the last guest checked out, as there were dirty towels and used condoms on the floor. I was desperate so went back and asked for a clean room. The second room I was given had a bathroom that also had not been cleaned. I went back to ask for a cancellation and refund of my reservation. In the check in area there were FOUR other people doing the same exact thing. One woman offered to clean her own room, she just needed clean sheets. The person working said they had no clean sheets left (sus). He told me I had to cancel my reservation through Priceline to get a refund, so I up and left for a different hotel that evening. Weeks later after Priceline refused a refund due to inability to get in touch with anyone at the hotel to give the okay, went through Wyndham's customer care line and was told no refund would be issued because the hotel franchisee said I was "instructed not to enter the room until it was clean." If this were true... why give me a key? Make it make sense y'all. TL;DR I'm out $135, Priceline sucks which we all knew already, but this motel sucks most. If you value your $ and sanity, avoid at all costs.

Wonderful man running the front desk was super nice!!! We had gotten a new bed room after our last hotel left us high and dry and we were able to get a two bedroom which was awesome! They are remodeling the hotel and the rooms we had are sure clean! And comfy!
