The hotel is in need of major renovation. My room was frumpy and not as nice as other hotels on I-35 in Austin in which I've stayed. The staff for the most part were friendly. One clerk questioned my payment which was offensive to me.

Ramada is the cleanest, friendliest reasonable priced lodging I’ve found in Austin. Rooms are comfortable. Good restaurant on site. Quite safe area. All the other facilities I’ve stayed in really could use renovation and updating, and are over priced as well. I’ve stayed in 5 different chains in the last year, about 15 night in total.
