Hotel is a disgusting wreck

This hotel is in shambles . From outside to inside is disgusting. The grounds of not been mowed or maintain walls are falling cars are being worked on in the parking lot and up on jackstands. Windows are filled with enormous wasp nest. When you go inside the hotel you will find the rooms doors are falling off do not even close or get stuck. Carpet is torn or missing walls are damaged. Bugs stuck between the picture and glass on the wall. Hairs in the bed totally unacceptable would rather sleep in my car next time. If you are handicapped in a wheelchair I pray you do not stay here even their handicap rooms are not safe

Our room was clean and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a Two bedrooms suite, this room was Amazing very clean and spacious. Love the Breakfast quite a selection of breakfast items to choose from. Maria Lopez and Nora GM made our stay Awesome. Thank you for great hospitality. Will definitely recommend this hotel.

I’m so disappointed I subjected my clients to this hotel and the terrible hospitality received by Maria. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to me referring business to this hotel, what is more disappointing is the overall lack of customer service I received from Maria. It’s rare that I speak with someone in the hospitality industry that doesn’t like their job and Maria is a prime example of not being able to work well under pressure, answer questions, address concerns, or do any follow up. Thank you Nora for reaching out to me I appreciate you returning my call. I’m hoping after reading this review you can take my feedback and retrain Maria to understand the true meaning of hospitality and how to communicate as a sales professional.

The room was adequate. Room was clean but rugs in common areas were not cleaned during the week we were there (muddy boot prints). Service was not what we normally expect from Staybridge. They provided room service & replacements only upon request (due to Covid) which was understandable except that I had to request the same items multiple days in order to actually get them and one item (a replacement bottle of conditioner) I requested twice but never did receive in the entire week we were there. The only exception was Olivia who served in the breakfast area. She was EXCEPTIONAL! She was always friendly and made sure our needs were met & exceeded. She was hands down the best part of this particular visit.

Stayed a couple times now. Not very clean and with COVID. thats a bit disappointing we purchased wipes and lysol spray and did it. The breakfast was ok and understandable with covid. Towels were not in great shape and some stained. They did offer great rates and managed to get our rooms close. We ended up having to change rooms the last night on the 4th floor due to a smell of burning plastic or rubber or who knows what but it was bad in our room.
