out of the city but also near at the same time, quiet and clean ,with all essentials available, On the outskirts of the Uni campus, very quiet aera, around with some shops in the area. Good price quality ratio

For people travelling with a vehicle and not looking for resort type accommodation. The building is more like a dormitory than a hotel. We had a comfortable stay. The bed lacked luxurious comfort but we slept ok. The kitchenette is well equipped. The bathroom was spotless and spacious. Free parking is hard to find but there is an option for pay parking. Check in was easy within the indicated hours. Be sure to get instructions for reenter the building out of those hours and call if you are going to check in after hours. The receptionist spoke English and was very polite.

It's a good location if you want to visit Provence, but you need a car, since it's outside of the city.Otherwise the price and the conditions are very good. The are no problems with the parking either. I stayed there in august 2013.

A good base for touring Provence

This place in the outskirts of Avignon isn't for everyone since it's primarily a residence for university students (well-behaved, by the way). We traveled with another couple and we had two one-bedroom apartments adjacent to one another. They were comfortable and spotlessly clean. Having a kitchen was an advantage since the suburban neighborhood had very few places to eat and we could pick up wonderful produce and charcuterie from the local markets. We ate breakfasts at a wonderful bakery right around the corner -- freshly baked croissants, pain chocolate, and a large variety of excellent pastries. There is ample parking and we saw a lot of buses going to and from Avignon. The real advantage, however, was that it's within easy driving distance of the major sights of Provence -- Avignon, Nimes, Pont du Gard, Les Baux, St. Remy, Arles, Aix-en-Provence, the Luberon. We made day trips out for a week and were glad we didn't have to move to other places. For what we did and what we wanted, it was a reasonably priced, comfortable, and convenient place to stay.

It's clean but only in France do you get insulted by the person supposed to provide a service you are paying for. far from the center, pretty expensive what it is. best place ever if you want to live the typical French service experience.... In short, I highly recommend not to go there.
