I have lost count of the amount of times I have stayed in Ayr and one of the reasons is this amazing guest house. We tour regularly all over the UK and this genuinely has to be one of the best value B&B's we've ever stayed in. Wonderful hosts, great breakfasts, lovely rooms...see you next year Jackie 😁

We stayed for three nights , excellent B&B , extremely friendly host, Jackie made us feel so welcome, although we arrived after 8.00 pm , this was no trouble . The rooms are very clean , well decorated and comfy beds. Plenty of toiletries provided , great powerful shower. The breakfast choices are very good , all tastes and needs catered for, we have stayed in other guest houses previously , this one was by far the best. Next time we are in the locality we will certainly be back here. Thank you for your hospitality.

Lovely and clean B&B, just a short walk to Ayr Railway Station. Jackie was a friendly host. Cannot comment on breakfast as we left early in the morning to travel to Southampton for a cruise. Would definitely stay again.
Wonderful, clean guesthouse, friendly owners, cope well with allergies, dog-friendly

We stayed here for two nights and the supposedly busy road adjacent to it almost put us off from booking this guesthouse. However, we are not used to traffic at home, but slept very well as the double glazed windows blocked all noises and the walls are thick. Also, there is not much traffic in the evening. The off-street parking was much appreciated. Jackie was very helpful, she told us the fasted route to the beach, where the parking is free. She also coped very well with my allergies including GF and is dog loving. Our dog loved it there and we felt at home. Everything was very Covid secure and very clean. The room was very spacious with a good amount of storage space and two very comfy chair, it was cosy. The bathroom was also very spacious and with a lovely walk-in shower. The breakfast was excellent, she even had sourced some GF sausages for me. Jackie told us where to walk the dog - there is a quite walk around the block (c. 10 mins), a longer walk to the river, which sounded lovely, but we did not manage it and a 5 mins drive to the dog-friendly beach. We hope to be back soon.
Holiday with our dog

Our host gave us a warm welcome and was friendly and accommodating to our needs. The place was great for our very small Chi-Chi dog who was surprisingly very well behaved as she was still a puppy. Our host loves dogs. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice, and the breakfast was very good and good value for money. Thankyou very much Jackie! Much recommend this place especially for dog owners.
