Just off the main route
Found this place when traveling home to the uk. Traditional modernised hotel with a great rooms and a very good restaurant. Hosts were vey welcoming and spoke English. Everything was just right. If you don't mind a short drive to get away from main roads for a tranquil night, this is the place. Very good value.
Quiet, clean and simple.
This hotel has a contemporary interior, it was once perhaps a mill? Renovations on going but discreetly. Out of the town hotel, wonderful welcome when we arrived without a reservation. Warm and spacious room. Breakfast typical but generous, great coffee.
Business trip
Was there for a night arriving late and leaving early. Having dinner there, nice dinner, nice red wine. Rooms ok, staff ok and breakfast ok. The area seems to be beautiful, in the forest nearby a lake.

ganz solides Hotel in der Pfalz
very friendly service; rooms simple but clean; mine was bigger than single rooms in other hotels; mattress was a bit tired and the pillow too soft for my taste but I immediately received a second pillow when requested. Bathroom was clean, shower pressure good, water temperature hot (I like). The hotel lies a bit outside of town but city centre can be reached in 10 -15 min on foot. The hot spring is close by. Hotel was quiet and to get to the next hiking path was 2 min.
