Aunque la habitación se podía modernizar un poco todo lo demás estaba excelente. Personal super amable, limpieza exquisita, instalaciones. El desayuno increíble había de todo lo que uno se puede imaginar. El precio ajustado a su categoría. No pude disfrutar del Spa pero hubiera sido un placer. Si vuelvo por ahí, repetiré.

a wonderful experience, a very nice and clean hotel, the food was excellent, the waiters very friendly, we stayed 4 nights with 2 small children who had fun at the hotel pool, we could visit the city center hotel with a beautiful view especially in the evening, the wine specific to the area was absolutely delicious, and the price was not high compared to what it offered, they followed all the rules covid (for us coming from uk a little too many rules, but if in Germany there were others compared to those in uk , we had a little more freedom, we didn't need gloves at the restaurant).

Dissapointing - they wrecked a great weekend

We just spent 2 nights at this hotel - and can only state that some 2 star hotels become 4 star hotels due to great Staff - this hotel is not worth it's 4 start rating - the Staff is arrogant / condescending and rude. On the bais of the staff it is a terrible place to stay. We had a group convene for a birthday / combined with a wine tasting weekend. It was completely spoiled by an arrogant waiter - with no sense of customer service / and an attitude that should preclude him from working in the Hotel industry. (mr Amir ?? ). We - as a group had to leave the hotel - and take the festivities elsewhere as they denied us the right top open a special bottle of wine on the premisis to celebrate the event. (after spending around 100 Euro as a group in the same place). We hardly slept the last night - simply due to the irritation. Disgraceful place - avoid - go elsewhere if you want half decent service.

We came here with a a large group ( 60 people). Obviously we all had different rooms, all from very small top floor rooms to balcony rooms. The cleaning was great and the rooms were good, and so was breakfast, but the service??? Where do I start?? Waiting at the reception for ten minutes, when all I wanted was an answer to a simple question. The receptionist was busy counting money, and would not be disturbed. Or when we tried to order drinks from the waiter and he seemed to have a nervous breakdown after having taken orders from six different people ( he literally walked off on the middle of us ordering). Or when we waited for so long for our bill that we just had to walk away from the place in order to get attention. This is one of the worst places I have ever been to when it comes to service, both in reception an in the restaurant!

Nice hotel with some small downsides

I stayed in Kurpark Hotel Bad Dürkheim during a corporate event in March 2019. The check-in and welcome was friendly and professional. The staff was always helpful and accomodating. The hotel is centrally located directly next to a nice park which invites for a stroll. The room was clean, sufficiently large for a business-related trip and had everything one would expect: a TV, desk, chair, minibar (whose drinks were complimentary!), wardrobe, safe, bathrobes, complimentary coffee/tea and free Wi-Fi. The room unfortunately didn't have air conditioning, which was not a problem since it wasn't too hot. However, this can be expected from a hotel in this category. The bathroom was relatively large, the towels were clean, but the radiator was positioned to close to the toilet, a problem for tall people. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all served in buffet form. The quality was good, the presentation was attractive and the variety was quite large. The bar is quite small for a hotel of this size. You get free entrance to the casino as a guest of the hotel. The gym area included only cardio equipment (bikes, steppers and a rowing machine), unfortunately no weights. All in all, the Kurpark-Hotel provides good value for money with only some downsides and can hence be recommended.
