Hotel Im Park

I was visiting the area for business, arrived on a Monday evening, there is no restaurant but they did have take away menus, I opted for the Chinese... then the receptionist after describing and translating only to be told they were not doing delivery today!!! The rooms are dated, and the bathroom old fashioned,. I checked out and went elsewhere.

Stayed for two nights on a business trip. The hotel is a short walk into the local village where you can find a couple of restaurants and basic shops. Hotel staff pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast available. The hotel was literally in the park as its name translates and provided a lovely setting for a relaxing morning coffee. Be aware that the hotel staff lock up at around 10 so you cannot get food or drinks after this point and need your key to access the hotel. Would highly recommend, especially for businesa trips as the hotel is great value for money.

Part of the rooms have recenty been refurbished and are quite luxurious. The hotel lobby and restaurant are new and in style with the new rooms. We had an extensive buffet for breakfast and loved it. The park is beautiful and the village worth a visit. Next-door-sauna and pool included in price. Will definitely stay there again.

Al mio arrivo nessuno era presente alla reception (possibile causa Covid-19 ma ritengo che alle ore 15 del pomeriggio sapendo di avere clienti la reception debba essere presente), quindi ho dovuto chiamare il numero di telefono esposto all'ingresso. Le camere sono di vecchia fattura (certe hanno il bagno nuovo ma stretto), canali tv soltanto in tedesco, i letti sono comodi, vi è la moquette che non viene pulita ogni giorno, c'è un armadio a singola anta dove riporre il proprio bagaglio e scrivania con due sedie. Posizione facile da raggiungere con ampio parcheggio (sovente pieno visto che c'è un ospedale vicino). La colazione è varia (cereali, croissants, affettati, pane, uova ecc..). Punto dolente è il fatto che la reception sia sovente assente e fredda con gli ospiti.

Das familiengeführte Hotel besticht nicht nur durch seine hervorragende Lage inmitten der wunderschönen Natur, sondern insbesondere durch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber und des gesamten Personals. Hier spürt man schon beim herzlichen Empfang, dass man Willkommen ist. Die ruhige Lage bietet wundervolle Erholung und dennoch ist der Ortskern in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch des Baumwipfelpfades, der sich direkt via-a-vis befindet und für den wir auch vom Hotel eine Ermäßigung erhalten haben. Das Hotel bietet außerdem saubere und gut ausgestattete, renovierte Zimmer. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war lecker und bot alles, was das Herz begehrt. Insgesamt ist das Hotel im Park sehr zu empfehlen, es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Ich komme ganz bestimmt wieder!
