Home from home
We stayed here in August for 11 nights Eric took us to our room which was perfect for the four of us.as we have two children 13 and 11 Rooms are very clean and have everything you need also free WiFi which the children used in the evening Nothing was a problem for Eric and Jaqueline his wife if we needed anything The food was very good and breakfast there was plenty to choose from They have a lovely garden which the children played games on and fed the sheep in the fields There is a free bus every 30 minutes which stops outside the hotel and takes you into Bagnoles-de-l’Orne which is 5 min ride We will be seeing Eric and his staff again in summer 2020 thankyou for making our stay very welcoming
A gem of an overnight stop
This is a lovely little hotel, set outside of town in a more rural spot, but offers easy access into town. As others note, the proprietor is a very kind, friendly man who gave us a lovely welcome, served dinner and breakfast and answered all our questions. The food in the restaurant was surprisingly good, and great value too. The room was comfy and quiet, and unusually offered kettle and refreshments tray. Great value and would definitely recommend.
Big welcoming hotel on the outskirts of Bagnoles
Mme as welcoming as ever and we had a good room with balcony on the first floor overlooking the road. There is a lift. This quiet hotel is a little way from the centre of this beautiful spa town but there is a free (!) hourly bus service right from the front door Most people seemed to be on a demi-pension basis but you are also offered a good a la carte menu with several choices and the possibility of any two or three course combination (a good innovation for 'oldies' who may not feel like eating too much in the evening). Andouillette sausages - an acquired taste but apparently very popular, are always on the menu.
Bagnoles De L'Orne
A lovely Hotel and Restaurant on the outskirts of the Town. Located in the countryside it is very quiet. The Food was excellent - a true taste of France! The Hotel was warm and there was instant hot water in the bathroom plus super shower. The Staff were welcoming and helpful

A plusieurs reprise j'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel. Le responsable est à votre petits soins pour vous satisfaire. Le personnel est complaisant et sympa. De plus, il se trouve en pleine nature, cela me change de la ville où je vis. Ce que j'apprécie aussi c'est que l'on tient les régimes alimentaires et ce n'est pas le cas dans tous les hôtels.
