Great place and great staff especially Elgene Nasog from the front desk she made our stay easy and she did a great job assisting us. We stayed 12/05 to 12/07. We go to Manor often this time for my birthday celebration. We are from tarlac city. Kudos Elgene. Thank you so much 5 star for an excellent job.💯💯💯

Experience at The Manor Camp John Hay

Facility wise- it's nice! However, the cons are no breakfast included upon reservation of room regardless of its rate, staff are not coordinated on what information they deliver to you based on my own experience, they only prefer to serve breakfast buffet at 1k++/head although there's a book/menu inside the room stating filipino breakfast( i dont know what's the use of it) because they told me they don't cater ala carte and it's a bit pricy ranging from Php 500-800 for 1 dish. 🤷‍♀️ I hope they will attend to these cons or better yet go to other hotels inside Camp John Hay which offers better service with breakfast included(hassle free, kakain na lang when you wake up in the morning). There's no pool as compared to one hotel ive seen lately na meron indoor heated pool. For me, garden view lang ang pang-tapat ni The Manor sa iba. And by the way, even non guests were dining at the restaurant so pahirapan sa parking kasi napupuno agad, ending si guest ang magaadjust and sa The ForestLodge ang parking area- kapitbahay ni The Manor, wala kasi sila ample parking space. All staff are polite and generous to help but again sana unahin muna ang mga naka check in before non guests. If you want to increase your revenue then address first good customer experience and satisfaction.

Surely we will visit again.. Nice accommodation, awesome food, Awesome surroundings… nice personel in Restaurant, Nice personel in the security premises.. And most of alll.. we love to come again!!! A taste of Christmas is so great!

They cannot handle the new normal.

They were only able to check us in at 6pm. We were at the hotel at 2pm. Received no apologies and they gave no valid reason other than room is not ready. They did not even bother to call to give an update. Had to beg them to give us a room already 3 times. In room dining service takes 2 hours to arrive even for just chicken nuggets. Expect the worst service during the Christmas holidays. They don’t seem to care.

Front desk service needs to improve. Room preferences were emailed in advance and non of my request were given. Waiting time & access to guest services should likewise be improved. It takes at least 90 to 120 seconds waiting to get an answer on the phone.
