Great Vacation at the Towers
Such a beautiful resort! The staff is absolutely amazing!! So friendly and so clean!! Our butler, Israel, did fantastic!! We never had to lift a finger for anything, he handled everything! Be back soon!!

We recently stayed at the Towers Pacifica for 4 nights. It was one of the most enjoyable experiences we have ever had. Israel greeted us as we arrived and was professional, polite and beyond accommodating. He was always available via text, call or in person on the property and had answers to literally every question (50+) we had. He booked all reservations including food and activities and made sure everything was running so smoothly. On top of that, he had great recommendations on restaurants and activities and even organized a sand sculpture for my 30th birthday on the beach! In addition to Israel, the staff was 10/10! Everyone was so welcoming and would remember your name and food/drinks that you liked. Juan was our waiter a few times and had amazing recommendations. Carla served us on the beach beds and it was amazing service (she even recommended my new favorite drink, chunky monkey). The 2 waiters in the VIP Whale Watching lounge were so funny and always made sure we were comfortable. Even the cleaning crew was so nice and welcoming. Overall, we will definitely be coming back in the near future and highly recommend this place if you are looking for a relaxing all-inclusive experience.
Incredible Birthday Trip
We loved our time at The Towers at Pueblo Bonita Pacifica in mid-December. We brought our daughter and husband there to celebrate her 30th birthday. We were greeted by our personal butler, Israel Lozano Paez. He took such great care of us our entire stay, from making dinner reservations, helping set up a fishing trip, booking a massage at the spa, yoga lesson, tequila tasting and even arranging a big birthday message in the sand! He was THE BEST! Every day, he checked in with us multiple times. Alan and Carla took great care of us at the pool and Pedro took care of us at the beach. Juan did an amazing job for our private tequila tasting, even coming back on his day off to make it happen! And Guillermo took care of us every morning for breakfast, always making us laugh!!! Our rooms were spacious and had gorgeous views. The location was stunning. We saw whales from the rooftop lounge. It wasn't crowded. There were so many wonderful restaurants to choose from. We were able to immediately relax. All the staff were so friendly and attentive. it was an incredible trip and we can't wait to go back!
Excellent experience all around
We were very fortunate to be able to book a week stay at the Towers at the Pueblo Bonito Pacifica at the end of December. We didn’t know what to expect but the entire experience was amazing. Food has been great, the pool is awesome, and the beach has great views and privacy. The best part for us though, has been the butler service we received with our room. Our butler Alexis has been there to assist us in any way we have needed and he has made an already relaxing vacation into something special. Alexis has made things such as getting reservations and transportation into a breeze. The food is definitely better than any other all inclusive resorts we have stayed at. Usually the food is only so-so, but the food has definitely been high quality. Also, no one claimed chairs by the pool in the morning, so we were always able to find a place to sit by the pool. The beach is huge and currently it’s only being used by this resort. The only thing we didn’t care for is anytime you get any food or drink, you have to sign a tablet. Sometimes this can take longer than ordering your food/drink and gets to be a pain. A couple people will also bother you about timeshares. But those are our only complaints...otherwise our stay has been amazing and we would recommend to anyone!!
