Hotel is newer and has been maintained. Room was clean. There was some traffic noise but it faded quickly. Limited options for meals. We chose P F Changs which was about 15 minutes away, there were many additional choices around Changs.

We had a great stay. The room was clean and spacious. We had a suite with a pull-out sofa, which worked well for our family. Breakfast was good, except there were no cinnamon rolls. The area is fine. There are several fast food restaurants nearby, however if you want a sit-down restaurant you will have to drive a bit.

No Cinnamon Rolls!

We were looking so forward to staying here and enjoying some of the delicious cinnamon rolls the following morning for breakfast but guess what......no cinnamon rolls! They had the spot for them but I guess they couldn't get them or maybe didn't serve them during the week. Stayed here for one night. Had a first floor room. It was convienent to the parking lot, ice machine and breakfast area. Breakfast was good other than the missing cinnamon rolls.

Check in wait time

I have arrived to the hotel about 5 pm. Check in wait time was way too long than expected especially for checking in after 5 pm No receptionist and waited almost 40 min to checking in. All offense to the management who only hires one to the front desk.

All the front desk staff was "out to lunch"?!

I arrived at this hotel during prime check-in time, 5:00 PM. To my amazement, there was a sign at the front desk saying that the staff was out to lunch and would return in 15 minutes. I could hear the staff nearby and asked if I could check in. A woman walked to the desk and politely explained that the staff was all on lunch break and she could not check me in. I had just ended a long road trip day, but had to sit in the lobby, with 5-6 other amazed guests, to wait for the staff to return from lunch so they could do their jobs. Any chance they could figure out a way to stagger the break, so one of them is at the front all the time?
