I have stayed at Hotel Indigo three times now and have enjoyed my stay each time. It is a very stylish hotel in a nice part of town. The rooms are comfortable and quiet.Convenient and reasonable priced parking. Highly recommended.
Loved our extended stay!

We stayed for two weeks and the staff was awesome, the location was excellent and the room was comfortable. The internet allowed me to work remotely in comfort and we were able to bring our pet. Would definitely recommend!
3.5 when it could so easily be 4.0

I'm still scratching my head thinking about the paradoxes that are the Indigo and the fact that it would take so little for this hotel to merit a solid 4-star rating. Alas, the pros are largely outweighed by several factors related to the staff.
During our 2-day stay, we encountered numerous front desk and restaurant staff members with masks either below their noses or even entirely below their mouths for extended periods of time, even when dealing face-to-face with customers. Without exaggeration, I'd say this applied to 80% of the staff at Indigo, an absolute travesty given the hotel's published policy for guests and the general manager's insistence in some of his responses to guest comments below. I even requested from the first such person I encountered at the front desk to pull up his mask, which he did NOT do! Wow, really?
Other indications that the staff is not properly and uniformly trained at the Indigo were the fact that nearly all of them were dressed in jeans and overly casual tops (no jackets, no ties, rarely even an ironed shirt with collars). This may seem like an insignificant quibble, but it speaks volumes when combined with highly apathetic and cold human interaction skills in a hotel that costs no less than $150 per night. Also, the staff just does NOT listen to the guests. I was served the entirely wrong breakfast entre one morning (and told I was the one who misspoke) and was told "no need; all is fine" when I requested to have a printed receipt presented to me upon checking out.
Despite staffing issues, the Indigo manages to earn a 3.5/5.0 rating due to its superb down-/mid-town location close to all parts of Baltimore, the delicious breakfasts it offers, and its spacious and generally well-appointed rooms and bathrooms (even though there were no towel racks or hooks anywhere).
Ultimately, however, I am having a hard time looking past what a letdown the staff here is when it wouldn't take too much at all to improve the situation.
Pretty nice and moderately priced

Decent location, nice room (though the hot water takes a while to arrive), and chill ambiance. Parking garage (which uses yellow-painted RFID-chipped tokens [coins] instead of paper cards) is conveniently right across the street, but isn't super cheap and the gates for cars locks at 10pm for security (at least on Thursdays). Will likely return.
Comfortable Hotel in a convenient location

We stay at the Hotel Indigo when we visit Baltimore. It is not too expensive, conveniently located, and comfortable - from the bed, to the lobby area and the restaurant. The rooms are spacious and the beds are great.
