Well spent time
Had a great experience in Novotel Bandung. Spasious room, great vibes, polite and friendly staff especially front office team for helping us fast check in process and staff named Dinah in restaurant of her humble greeting, she also well informed us the facility of the hotel.

I hv been here for so many times and I always meet a nice team at resto. NOVOTEL Cihampelas Bandung always feels like home. Great hospitality during the pandemic
I come here with my family and taking two room with connecting door. The room so spacious and during this pandemic they still having great service from the security, reception, cleaner. Everyone have a great personality. My big thanks for lady in the restoran name sifa. She is so polite and we can see her sincere smile even she using mask. Great job to everyone in Novotel. For sure I will come back here
Covid-19 Holiday
located in the middle of the city, can easily go to various tourist attractions and shopping centers, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the toilets are clean, for breakfast is also a lot of variety, the gym is also good, the car park is also spacious
Good covid protocol in the hotel
I noticed Novotel Bandung has upgraded their health protocol during the pandemic. Every guest is served during breakfast and the variety of the menus are not reduced. The staffs (front office, restaurants and house keeping) are very friendly and helpful.
