The room was big n comfortable, all the services were great. So happy to be here. Next time, i will stay for a night or maybe more than a night. Good service n all the servants were friendly. Thank you.
Such a dissapointed service
I am just dissapointed with the service a really bad service about the shuttle to the airport from the receptionist say still okey to take me to the airport but suddenly they canceled 👎👎👎 to be honest if they cannot do the transport just let me know

Near from airport and goverment office. Very friendly receptionist, the best I have ever met, specifically on behalf of Ms. Cindy. hopefully at other times you can stay at this hotel. Hopefully can maintain service
Well known hotel
Since I travelled to pangkal pinang frequently, novotel will be the first in mind. Comfort bed and cleanliness is top notch. Location also premium, near the airport and close to city area. Recommend when you plan to visit bangka..

Near from airport, and also have free aiport shuttle! so practice & helpful Check in and check out was very fast, the staffs were friendly & welcoming, room was clean and spacious, breakfast was good but needs more variant, overall it was such an amazing experience!
