Old fashion style hotel. Pool area 😩. Two differend building. Breakfest and pool is only another building. Very Helpful reseption personel. Old fashion style hotel. Not a 4 star hotel, my opinion is maximun 3 stars. We canhe hotel, we dont like this place

3.5 star hotel

This is not a family friendly location. Hotel's pub is loud every night until midnight. It is not safe outside the hotel at night especially if you travel solo. Staffs are friendly and polite. My room's window would not close all the way plus thin walls results in no sleep until after everything closed. Breakfast could be better, limited selections both Thai and American food. You should not bring small children to this area to avoid seeing night walkers. My shower had mold and the toilet didn't smell fresh. Bed and room itself was fine. Housekeeping staffs are nice. It is definitely a boutique hotel for people who love night life, music, alcohol... etc. If this is what you're into this is the right place that's not pricey and you'll see a lot of local residents however not too many tourists. I will choose a different part of town next time visiting Thailand.

Beginning from extraordinary and friendly well skilled staff and ending in the best beds ever slept in thailand and super pool area with great sky bar with outstanding skyline view I can recommend this hotel by 100%. All small problems solved immidiately in a friendly guest orientated way. Been here 54 times now nothing to complain at all. Fully recommended as a feel good hotel with transportation, restaurants and massage nearby in walking distance.

Ploy is a very good Customer Service officer. helpful and courteous. good location as well. one of the best hotels ever. anything can ask her for advice. overall good food and location. recommend people to stay here
