Arnoma Grand Bangkok Hotel

I have stayed at this hotel as part of 14-day quarantined. I Obviously, hotel has gone through some modification to support state-quarantined facility. Pictures of the hotel when you look from website seem to be very nice and clean. Reality, room is old. When I got it, first thing i saw was nasty toilet bowl. It is like it has never cleaned properly for quite sometime. I did not even bother calling the hotel, just dealt within assuming they will not do anything because we need to be isolated. the cleanliness has damaged this hotel. I would have had better impression and let people know how nice and clean of this hotel was after I leave if they checked the room before people checked in. Unfortunately, I have to speak the truth and the truth is, I would not recommend this to anyone.

I like the convenient position of the hotel from which I can travel to the market, supermarket and somewhere I want to go. But I feel the equipment in the room is too old to use in ease, for example it is difficult to adjust the hot-cool water tap. I love the friendly and devoted staff who supported during the staying time. Best regards,

We are staying at the Arnoma Hotel Bangkok for more than 22 years, the first years mainly on business and afterwards on holidays. This current visit was supposed to be the beginning of a ship cruise tour. But unfortunately we were informed shortly upon Check-In that all cruising tours had to be cancelled due to the current corona virus situation. The Manager On-Duty, Khun Charin Duangmuli assisted in an extraordinary manner to organize the personal contact with the local office of Emirates Airways enabling us to modify our return flight back home to Germany after 3 days. As usually we had an excellent stay in Bangkok, meeting and shopping with old good Thai friends. And.... we were once again staying in a First Class Hotel far away from Germany …. our Arnoma Hotel Bangkok. The staff is excellent qualified and very well trained and we always feel like being together with friends. The hotel unfortunately is getting in its age and needs step by step renovation.

This hotel is good in a good location, but miss many facilities. The furniture are old and there are no facilities in the room. The fitness room is old as well, but there is a pilates room. the breakfast is ok.

The location is fantastic and price is in the moderate level. Just next to Gaysorn Village and opposite Central World. Walking distance to other major shopping areas. Too bad that the rooms are also quite big. Sadly, it’s old and not been updated so the decor looks like still stuck in the 90s.
