Perfect meal
These people were at Thai Rice 'n Noodle in Fort Worth. The menus and great deals are mostly the same. It's a family owned business and now I can eat at Blue Jasmine 3-5 times a week. The dishes are scrumptious. I got the lo mein with pork, an egg roll, a salad with peanut sauce and ice tea for $9.95 and the meal was fab.
Clean and comfy for low budget
If you see the outside of the building you might be scared you made the wrong choice, but when we saw our neat, clean and well, cozy, room, we were surprised what they could do with this space. We got the family room (for 4) on the 3rd floor with attached bathroom and balcony overlooking the canal and roadside. Yes, it's not a quiet area with a mainroad in front, but we slept like babies in the very comfortable beds. It's situated in the middle with the Siam Paragon malls about 3km to the East and the Old City 2km to the West and China Town a walkable 1.3km to the South West. A light breakfast (cornflakes, toast and coffee) is included in the price. WiFi also included. They also were willing to change our booking dates without extra charges.
Good value for money
Simple BnB with basic facilities but nice place to stay. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great value for money! Location not so central but close to the main train station (practical if you're travelling around Thailand) and to a canal with boat service to the city centre/Khao San Rd
good place to stay for a couple of days
the place is well located, clean and friendly, with basic breakfast inluded in the price (coffee, tea, juice, toasts, jam, cereal) and suprisingly quiet (not at all a typical backpackers place) on the lower side - wifi signal in the room is quite weak, the bed mattresses were far too hard for us, the staff speaks very basic English good value for money, close to the train station (very important for us as we had to catch the 5.50 a.m. train to the Cambodia border)
Can't believe we didn't stay here before in Bangkok!
This was our third visit to Bangkok and we were only passing through on the way down south to the west coast ..we only stayed one night.. it's a little further from Koa SAN road than others but well worth it with it being close to the train station and golden mountain hostel However we wished stayed here the other two times! Extremely good value compared with the rest of Bangkok and free breakfast! Toast, Cereal Tea and coffee and also biscuits and similar things during the day on offer The beds were amazingly comfortable and the ac and wifi worked very well! If I was staying in the city of angels again this would Deffo be the place!
