Terrible conditions with terrible services
Reviewed 15 november, 2021
I have checked into this hotel yesterday afternoon after 5pm, after I getting into the room and starting unpacking my luggage I have found their wardrobe are having very terrible smells which is bad to have my very good clothes there and the room was super cool. Then after I also found their shower towels are not cleaned properly which also have some kind of bad smells. So, because I never have experienced this kind of conditions in any of the hotels that I have stayed previously after I have been to Bangkok more than 20 times before. So just after 6pm half hours later of my check in I decided to speak to the hotel receptionist to asking her to talk with her boss that I wish to move out as soon as I can and I want to get my rest of the 12 nights refund back to me. She was agreed and said will let her boss know in the morning. So I tried to stayed. But, during the night I could not get any sleep because of the room is facing in a busy traffic street, every few seconds are having cars loud noise to passing. This was my worst nightmare for not able to get any rest. So, this morning around 6am I went down to the reception, and have explained all these issues with the guy called Seksun and the woman named Supphaluk HongTeves. However, Seksun said he already have been contacted the Booking.com for them to make an decision about the refund. Just after 9am, Booking.com send me the email saying they’re not going to refund. Then, I went down asking the woman for me to checking out and I made very clear to her that I need the check out receipt. About the refund I will directly dealing with booking.com. But this woman determined not to give me the total amount receipt that I have already paid to them. After 5 minutes she only provide me one night of the receipt amount of THB2349 which this isn’t the amount that I have paid for THB30537. This whole thing make feel sick and very stressful. I wish the whole world knows that to be aware of this hotel. Absolutely terrible!
Rare gem for the Khao San Road area
Reviewed 1 january, 2021
Chillax Heritage is a fantastic hotel in terms of quality and value in the area around Khao San. We’ve stayed in and around the area a number of times (over many months in total), in the full range of accommodation (backpacking in our 20s, holidaying in our early 30s) so we have a fairly balanced view of what’s on offer. Now in our late 30s, the location of the hotel is perfect in terms of being close enough walking distance to immerse in Soi Rambuttri and Khao San Road, but also a tourist-centric haven away from the hustle and bustle, and yet close to all the amenities and some of the tourist spots. The rooftop pool is fantastic, and the swim-up bar makes your day. The views of the near rooftops and distant CBD from the pool are interesting. The gym is good enough (and probably more equipped than you may imagine). The rooms are fresh, well-equipped and comfortable. The baths are a delight, and the water pressure and heating are relatively fantastic. The aircon is powerful. The staff are remarkably helpful and polite (and we didn’t feel the need to be on our guard for being scammed or cheated), with many speaking a very good level of English. The only let-downs are the lack of views from the rooms, and the breakfast buffet, whilst plentiful and decent quality, was very repetitive (we ate out after a few days). We will stay here again, no doubt. It’s a rare gem.
Pleasant staff and clean hotel

We stayed for just 3 nights to take in the sights of Bangkok. It is a night clean hotel, the rooms are clean, although a little compact, although it was expected considering it is boutique hotel. We were unable to unpack case as lack of wardrobe space. The breakfast was nice, with a good choice. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well located for visiting the main sites in Bangkok, The Grand Palace, The reclining Buddha etc We would certainly recommend this hotel if on a short stay in Bangkok.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel was great. Close to a number of points of interest like the Grand Palace, Temple of Emerald Buddha and Khaosan Road. The room was clean and very comfortable. The roof top pool was a bonus and had great views. Would highly recommend.
