Sufficiently efficient
I am not expecting super clean nor super complete rooms in Pratunam area considering this area is very crowded with stores and market activities. This hotel has provide exactly everything we need for the area. Clean bed and bathroom, sufficient towels, free flow mineral water and very reliable fast WiFi access. This could be the most suitable hotel to choose in this area. We saw there are a lot more more 'fancy and luxurious' hotel nearby, however most of them located above very busy and noisy market with knock down stall which may cause unnecessary noisy for your sleep. This area is almost open 24 hours. Cloud 9 just the right choice which located on a quiet corner. This hotel could be hard to find even if you use online map. Try to look for Benz hotel. This cloud 9 is next to it. we will definitely choose this hotel again when we had a chance to visit the area. We do not hesitate to recommend this place to our colleagues and families.
New, convenient and simple
Great facilities where there is self service washing machine. Hotel is quite new and staff are polite. The room is pretty small. Just nicely fit a queen size bed. Not really suitable for family if u are booking the normal room but they have spacious room as well.. Definitely my 1st choice if I'm coming in 2(a couple). Location is very strategy where is just nearby the market and walking distance to Platinum Mall. Definitely worth the price I paid.
Good for short shopping trips
Hotel is very near the morning fashion market where you will be able to source for cheap bargains! Hotel is also located near many street food and 7-11 stores. Comfortable room with sufficient facilities. Will recommend if you are on a tight budget and doesn't mind compromising!
Clean and security is ok
Free breakfast is very simple. Porridge and egg plus some bread. It’s clean but very small room. Card access needed to enter hotel and use the lift which is good security. The room offers security box.
1st trip to ThaiLand
Just through back the day i visit ThaiLand again. At pratunam, i thought it's the best choice i could. I didnt have any problem when i must find this hotel. I could go for walk to Bigc or any shopping center....
