Great hostel with a awesome atmosphere
The first hostel in booked in Bangkok. I've done lots of research and this came out as the best option. It's great, clean and very nice atmosphere. The rooms are big. The smallest room is, I think, with 6 people. I slept on both 6 and 12 people room and did not have any problems with noise. There are curtains, so you can have a little bid privacy. There also lockers where you can put your valuable stuff, like your backpack. Lots of nice people and very easy to make contact with other travelers of all ages and countries . Very nice garden where you can hang out. You can even drink some beers in the evening/night (if you don't make to much noice). It's not party hostel, however it's a very social hostel, meaning lots of people are chilling in the evening socializing/drinking. The breakfast wasn't the best, but also not the worse. A little bid basic: some toast, fruit and coffee/tea. Also lots of nice food options in the near area. I 100% recommend the Pad Thaid dish @ Pad Thai Thip Samai, which is 450m from the hostel. I would 100% recommend this hostel if you are solo traveler. I was here in may 2018.
Amazing Hostel!
Stayed for 2 nights whilst in Bangkok. Having arrived early, I was able to drop my bags off at the hostel before exploring the city. I stayed in a 4 bed room which was great - with a privacy curtain. There is also reasonably priced washing available. The outdoor areas of the hostel are amazing - the pool is great. The bar is also reasonably priced. I would definitely stay here again.
Great Hostel @ Bangkok
Had a nice couple of days @ Here Hostel. Nice and clean rooms + showers. The lockers are large, so you will have enough room for all your stuff. Pool could be open a bit longer though.. I'll come back for sure! :)
Fine
Overall I was disappointed as this hostel looked amazing. The garden and cafe are great - lots of space and greenery. But the staff were noticeably unfriendly. Like, they did their job but didn’t smile or give me any information - just pointed me to the brochure of activities. At the bar, I spilt some of my drink and they made me buy a new one. Which isn’t a big deal - but kind of typifies the way the place is run - they want you to pay the money and follow the rules but they don’t want to chat to you or be too welcoming. The atmosphere wasn’t great either - not much of a social vibe, everyone on their phones. Also, I found the dorm to be very dark! So overall, it did the job of being a a fine place to sleep, but I wouldn’t go back.
Best hostel i've ever been
Nice quiet location close to khausan road and golden mountain, lovely rooms and nice garden with pool. Enjoyed it very much. Staff is very kind and help you with everything. Best hostel i've ever been so far, felt really at home!
