Cheap but cheerful. Basic accomodation. Clean. No complaints really other than the poolside loungers not have any umbrellas and no shade but I didn't use the pool anyway. Staff friendly and helpful. I needed to be that area so it was ideal.

Disappointed with them

I had stayed here previously so I highly recommended my friend to stay here regardless there are other apartment nearby. But I felt so disappointed with one of the receptionist short hair lady who is middle age with specs. 1) As there was no kettle in the room, my friend had to go to reception area to take hot water for our coffee. She always gave an attitude and when feedback about the room, she will grumble and doesn't smile at all. The rest if the receptionist are very friendly unlike this particular lady. 2) There were cockroaches in the room. 3) Air con is leaking 4) Noise pollution from the restaurant opposite the room. They are singing everyday till 11pm-12am. 5) Room was not cleaned properly as the dead cockroaches stained the floor but it was not mop even after few days although we have room service everyday. 6) Checkout time was 12pm but I requested for late checkout as I had to move the 6 luggages from room to reception area alone. I reached about 1230pm but was charged 100 baht. I tried to explain to that lady that I had requested for late checkout but she just ignored me and talk to me in Thai which I don't understand. This will be my last visit to this place since there are other nicer place around and even nearer to mrt. I don't mind paying for more for a better service. I came back here because of their good service when I stayed previously. Since it have so many issue now, I don't think I will want to come again.

My advice is to book elsewhere. Yes it is cheap but there's no wifi, it's difficult to access and the staff are incredibly inflexible and speak inconsistent english. One side of the tower is much nicer than the other, so if you do book - check your room first.

Not the worst but many charges

Stayed here one night and it was comfortable with 1 free bottle of water each after that you will need to pay. Me and my partner would of stayed longer but unfortunatley you do just get charged for everything and it is listed. I wouldnt say that it is too closevyo anytging so it depends for your reasons to stay here. If english I will warn not many can speak English and it can be quite difficult. On our visit there was also a neighbourhood power cut lasting 6 hours not sure if this is common. Good note it is clean, staff are friendly, has laundry on site and swimming pool is good just not many beds. Hope this helos andvfont forgeg thd take a deposit on arrival also being 250 baht

I have read some of the negative reports on here and I will reply as follows. The internet would be nice if it was free, I agree. Since the report I read they have changed it, as I was streaming movies no problem. Other people have complained about certain things . They need to remind themselves they are only paying 700 thb per day, which in Bangkok , I have easily paid double this figure. I found it clean and excellent value. If you want to be right in the center of everything, with butler service , 5 star hotel you will pay 5000 bht per night. Quite simple really. I would recommend it to anyone.
