Great spot for a great price
i really enjoyed my stay here. It was easy to walk to places to eat, quick to get in and out. The staff was helpful and helped me arrange my car to and from the airport. I only stayed one night, but would stay again if I travel to Bangkok again.
Do not go to this hotel
My experience was terrible. From the beginning the strong smell when me and my boyfriend arrived, looking so disgusting. The room is old and not well cleaned because had BLOOD in the bed sheets! The bathroom was dirty as well and because of this one CENTIPEDE appears while I was taking a shower. I don’t know why but I can’t do my review on booking, I guess they blocked my reservation. DONT GO TO THIS HOTEL!!!
Good affordable Hotel
The Sabye Hotel is located on a quiet street with some.other hostels. The family rooms were good enough with beds, bunks, shower and reasonable internet. A 10 minute walk will see in the thick of the action with the Golden Mount in one direction and the Grand Palace in the other direction. A small restaurant and laundry close by for you. Liked the area would stay again
"Expectation Vs. Reality" Staff was so unfriendly! Room was so noisy! Very dirty and old room/hotel!
We have stayed there last October 21-24 and they were not so accommodating to us! Food was limited and rooms were very dirty! Towels were like rags! Smelly rooms and toilet. So dissapointed because when I have read their reviews, everything is so good but it wasn't at all.

Sorry that this review is a bit out of date but I dont think things will have changed much.Stayed here for 3 nights In Feb 2017 ahead of tour all over Thailand. Great location not far from Khaosan Road. Staff are friendly and helpful. If you need a taxi just ask. On the meter so no rip-offs. Rooms are clean and quite spacious. Dont expect too much at breakfast.This cheap and cheerful hotel suits us as we basically just slept and showered there.If thats all you need then this place is fine.
