Best staycation this year

Booked the "Embrace Luxury" package and it certainly lived up to its name. We arrived quite early on Sat morning as we were told breakfast for both days were included and it certainly was! The quality of the food was great on both days but we did feel that there wasnt that much variety when compared to other places but understandable given the current situation. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and very spacious. The bath room amenities were also very nice as well. Pool was very beautiful with amazing views. As we booked a club room, we did get access to the lounge which while nice, we felt the options were again limited. Staff were super courteous and professional. We couldn't have asked for better service. Couldn't have asked for more, it was totally worth it.
An Exclusive Oasis in the Heart of Bangkok

We have visited Bangkok many times and have enjoyed the Peninsula, Mandarin Oriental, and the Sukhothai Hotels. This year during Covid, we decided to try the new Sindhorn Kempinski. They offered very competitive room rates during Covid and an impressive Test & Go package to satisfy the Thai government's entry requirements. I cannot rave enough about the seamless experience from our arrival at BKK to our departure. We were pampered and catered to at every moment. Special thanks to the "Lady in Red" who insured that our every need was attended to and the Chief Concierge Khumpol Ruksanit who help me plan three special occasion dining experiences off site. The rooms are spacious and most comfortable. We even had a full kitchen and a washer/dryer. Also, they supplied an HDMI cable for an easy connection to my laptop so that I could watch my TV shows from the USA. Any request we made was handled within minutes and the staff was extremely gracious. They offer a free transfer to the Skytrain which was helpful to avoid all the Bangkok traffic. In addition to the fine food offerings onsite, there are outstanding nearby restaurants right across the garden. Also, a "Whole Foods-Type" supermarket is right next door--so convenient. This will be our "go-to" Bangkok hotel in future. Covid Note--We felt that the Covid safety measures in Bangkok exceeded those in Europe or the USA. We felt safe our entire visit and also didn't feel hampered by the safety measures. This hotel is a GEM and obviously the management has trained an exceedingly professional staff to please even the most difficult guest. Bravo! PS..The air conditioning worked at all temperature levels extremely well and the WIFI was very high speed.
Terrific experience. A wonderful luxury hotel in a great Bangkok neighborhood.

Terrific experience. A wonderful luxury hotel in a great Bangkok neighborhood. The Sindhorn Kempinski, as of this writing, is only a year old, and that was a Covid year. Despite this, our 5 day visit here in December 2021 was truly excellent. As an interior designer I truly appreciated the sophisticated blend of curvaceous contemporary architecture with elegant Thai traditional touches throughout. The ground floor Lobby & Lounge begs being photographed, and from any angle the camera will not be disappointed. The Firefly bar is an impressive place you’ll want to relax in with good friends or business associates, as there are many handsomely elegant seating arrangements for enjoying cocktails or wine and good conversation. The private cigar lounge adjacent has its own sophisticated appeal for those who enjoy such indulgence. We enjoyed two different rooms, including a Premier Residence and a Two bedroom suite. Both were impressively spacious, with modern kitchen including all dishes & equipment one could need, a very comfortable modern living room with sizable balcony and impressive views from the 15th & 18th floors. Views are great from both sides of the building. Bedrooms & bathrooms were beautifully appointed, and nothing remotely amiss. I’ve stayed in many fine hotels, and I truly found no flaws in the least, but a missing hand-towel in the additional guest bathroom by the entrance. The two bedroom suite had a very large marble dining table that would have accommodated six to eight easily. The Ninth floor pool is partially indoors, yet overhangs the gardens below. Not a place for sun-tanning, but great for relaxing and enjoying a drink or a bite to eat after a great massage or some time in the many saunas & such that make up The Thermal Journey which is well worth your time. This includes saunas that are dry, steam & salt, as well as a refreshing “deep freeze” room, and thermal beds with a view, and relaxation space. Again beautifully appointed in every respect. Breakfast or lunch in the garden or indoors at Flourish is quite nice, although I suspect they were slightly scaled back due to fewer guests during Covid, though there was no lack of excellent service at any point. There is some meaningful competition for fine dining by other hotels, but it is clear that with increasing demand they will come up to even higher levels very soon. Speaking of which the very amicable concierge, Khumpol (formerly of the Sukhothai) was most helpful in suggesting two excellent high-end restaurants which we truly enjoyed with our friends. The staff throughout were most gracious and helpful with every aspect of our stay. The hotel’s location allowed a casual stroll across the gardens to a whole serious of shops & tasty restaurants which we enjoyed, as well as a truly excellent modern food market down an escalator that had everything we could have wanted, from fine French cheeses to pastas, great fish & meats, a pharmacy & more. If you’ve stayed at other lux hotels in Bangkok, this one is most certainly worth trying for a change of scene. You’ll not be disappointed.
A remarkable stay!

Stayed at Sindhorn Kempinski for a Birthday Staycation with family. It's hard to describe the amazing experience that we had in a few words. The hotel itself is amazing. The room is extremely beautiful and comfortable. It is one of most remarkable stays we ever had. Upon arrival : the check-in process was flawless and professional. We were really impressed with warm welcome by Khun Trip (Front Ofiice Mgr), she politely explains the hotel facilities and amenities while escorting us to the room (very professional). Her exceptional arrangement makes our stay comfortable and wonderful! Special thanks and compliments to Khun Janejira from the reservation team for her friendly and professional support! But the most amazing thing we experienced at this place is the wellness spa. We booked 60 min treatment for 2 people at Sindhorn Wellness on 9th fl. The arrangement by Khun Amy (Spa Reception) was seamless, efficient and professional. We are enormously impressed by the warm welcome you gave us, the birthday wishes and greetings are much appreciated (especially the birthday card). I'm so touched and thankful to be blessed by all of the wellness team. Their kindness and generosity will be gratefully remembered. Of course, also the housekeeping and service staff is amazing! However, the hotel F&B just ok (not very well/bad, but not very good) compare to your neighbors. Today's consumers don't buy just products or services - more and more, their purchase decisions revolve around buying into an idea and experience. Customer service should be paying attention at F&B, management must make their customer service a top priority because your service staff is so crucial to great customer experience, smart businesses keep their eye on their service people. Happy customers can help you build credibility and bring more business and likely to recommend to a friend if they have a positive experience. That's why you should focus on keeping your customer happy and satisfied with great products and excellent service. Overall, a fantastic experience! The great time spent at Sindhorn Kempinski have our hearts feeling overjoyed and memorable.

They baked a birthday cake as a surprise for my sister!! Even though it was 5 days ago :) Just one thing: when you sit outside, they don’t come take your order. You go inside to tell them your order. Not a big deal so 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️‼️
