If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I booked with Agoda online. Paid and arrived at the villa at 2:30pm only to be told they don't have a room for me and I can go to another branch. I was in a rush as I had dental surgery within the hour and said this is not possible I need to check in drop my bags off and head to the dentist. I was told I can get my refund once I cancel with agoda as they can't refund me. At this stage I was very angry as I had already paid for the accomodation and the extensive taxi of 400tbh to get there to now have to find another hotel and go directly to the dentist with all my bags. The reception then kicked the door behind him and walked away. I had to wait 15min for a taxi. On top this villa did not have a pool as they had drained them saying Covid 19. However no where on their site did they say their pools were drained and my daughter would not be able to use it. The whole reason for me booking in the first place. They then lied to Agoda and said they offered me an upgrade and I refused so they will not refund me. Later can't back and said they offered me to move to another branch. I neither has the time or the inclination to go and move to another branch since their service was beyond shocking. Do not book this villa.

We’d stayed for 3 days, and John ray (receptionist) was so nice and very accommodating. Room is nice, he gave us a bigger room. Location is not that nice but somehow good because they gave a free shuttle to the main road from 8am to 8pm. The pool outside our room is clean and i’d love it so much. Definitely will come back again.one comment, one thing to make the room perfect is to put a mirror in the vanity.

I was staying there 3 nights and with my 2 friends. The toilet is in first floor and our room is on second floor. so homie. The private pool is small, but its great when we realized that the price is very low and we got nice room with private pool. The hotel is greeny with many tree there, looks so fresh. The hotel also provide us free shuttle to the main road.

We stayed for 5 days and four nights. the place is a little bit rundown but the at that price point who should complain. Its comfy enough considering yiu just go back to the hotel to sleep and not stay there all day. But what made up for it is tihe super acomodating staff specially wilbert. wud alsonlike to special mention christian of the chong nonsi branch who facilitated our transfer when we learned that ching nonsi is fully booked. i super recommend this place specially when you are in a budget. its a home far way from home.

Place is a bit far from the Ekkamai BTS station but there's a free shuttle service provided from 8AM to 8PM everyday. There were a number of food stalls near (somewhat near) the place. Staff were friendly but the accommodation really need some repair. Villa is 2 floor with 1 bathroom and a mini pool. Bedroom is on the upper floor with 4 uncomfortable beds. Bed springs were already protruding so a good night sleep was not really possible. Bedroom is spacious as well as the bathroom. You cannot shower in peace as the bathroom enclosure was not sealed to the wall, hence, the flooded floor everytime. Bathroom and sitting area are in the first floor and pool (outside). Spacious but needs lot of repair. There was a hole in our bathroom door so no sense in locking or closing it shut. Pool is small and shallow but it is exclusive for the villa renters so no awkward interactions with other guests. Place is quiet at night and they provide drinking water. Villas are cleaned everyday.
