Hotel perfecto, limpio y agradable
This hotel is exactly what it says it is, and it is a great place to stay

I like hotels and services that do what they say they will do. This hotel is one of those. It isn't fancy but it is really smart and in good condition. The rooms look new and are nicely and sensibly laid out and fitted. Comfortable main room and a good bathroom. The pandemic has restricted things like the pool, but the deals on offer more than make up for that. Plus all the hotels are restricted anyway.
Lots of shops and eateries nearby along the road / Soi.
Helpful staff. We had a minor problem with the air conditioning, they sorted it pretty much immediately. Not sure about the services in the questionnaire here, because all the hotels have restricted services.
Best bargain in town for such a close-in location, if you need a month or more in town.

The Tivoli has some pretty amazing rooms available for 1 month rentals at a very reasonable rate (10-12,000 Thai baht/month - about USD$332-397). [There are special rooms for only 900 THB/day, too -- less than $30 USD.]
Rooms are large for hotels in Asia these days and the facility is only about 15 years old. It has been up-kept nicely (rare for low-priced places in Thailand) and includes a roof top pool. There is a restaurant in the back with great food although no breakfast and no room service (any incoming food deliveries, even from them, must be met in the lobby and carried up to your own room). There's no microwave in the room nor one allowed to be brought in. There's no electric water pot either, which these days is simply over restrictive, I think. There are however lots of eating places within 2 blocks on the hotel, really good Thai food with low prices but again, not for breakfast. A 7-11 with ability to microwave things is only a block away, as are laundry facilities, self or by the kilo. Convenient location!!
Convenient and good price

The room is big, clean and basic. Good for one or two nights. The area seems a bit unsafe at night but I did not have any problems. Breakfast is basic. Good price for value. The closest metro station is 15 minutes walking.
Desapointed by location and breakfast

The location is not convient, 20/25 mn walk from train station. The breakfast is a joke! Tasteless coffee and tea, a plate with pre cooked eggs, sausages and salad, toast with the most disgusting butter and jam I ever had. A huge disappointment! We're lucky to have a 7/9 nearby to get breakfast. Staff at reception were helpful but don't speak very well english. Also about the room, the aircond had a bad smell sometime. The only positive point was bed confort and cleaness. But I won't go back or recommend this hotel even for the value. It's advertised like an hotel but it's not one. It's mor like a cheap résidence to rent a room monthly.
