Don’t stay at this hotel

Hotel is mediocre, most likely due to poor management. They double charged my stay due to their error. GM (Jessica Fogel) would not return my calls, finally got her on 4th call because she answered the phone. She refused to credit the duplicate charge. Had to go to Hilton corporate. Find a more accommodating place to stay.

Clean rooms, clean and orderly lobby and common areas and friendly staff. The breakfast offerings were well above the norm in freshness and presentation. It's easy to identify a well run hotel - you just feel it when you are there. This team hits the mark.

Great place to stay for couples weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed the room during our anniversary weekend. The location was central to our planned activities in Louisville and Bardstown is a charming town with plenty to do. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawbacks were mattress is harder than we like but it was clean and in good shape!

Hampton Inn Bardstown has clean and comfortable rooms in a quiet area. My family and I felt safe. This hotel is pet-friendly and has a designated area for taking dogs for walks/potty breaks. I will definitely stay here again when going to Bardstown.

Reliable Place to Stop

We stopped at the Hampton Inn in Bardstown on our was back to Michigan from a family wedding in Alabama. The location was a little difficult to find, initially. We enjoyed our short stay. The room was clean and the folks at the front desk were great. We were there right after the Kentucky Derby so they still had many of their decorations up which made it very festive. They weren't serving breakfast (still on Covid precautions), but they recommended a local place which was open early and made some of the best meat biscuits I've ever had.
