Stayed here few times now , room on the 4th floor facing the carriage way , fresh cooked breakfast, the best power shower I have experienced in as many hotels I have stayed , receptionist Mila was very accommodating, she is an asset to this hotel .

Found the staff very friendly throughout, room was clean, air con fab, power shower superb, very comfy bed, had breakfast once, all you can eat 9.50 bargain, all cooked fresh, would highly recommend this place, and good location too, will visit again

Almost no parking, broken lifts, dirty carpets, 1/4 nights room service, bent bed, poor selection of continental breakfast, staff didn't care, asked to cancel and shift to Hthrw Bath Rd, told me no! And would loose my money Very dispointed!

I was so shocked how clean and fresh it looked I highly recommend it to my friends and family to stay at the premier in The staff were so welcoming they could not do enough for us yes and I would stay there again

Basic hotel but usual Premier Inn quality. Restaurant was short staffed and limited menu but good food served. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would stay again, as the overall experience was relaxing and very comfortable.
