Booked a room 5 weeks ago but received an email today saying ‘with deep regret’ that the reservation is cancelled with 6 days notice. No reason given.See other reviews. I phoned OYO who put me through to a cancellation line. I was cut off straight away before I spoke. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR USE OYO. I think that Tripadvisor should stop advertising OYO hotels. OYO had the cheek to call this hotel their ‘flagship’ hotel!

Just got back from our 2 night stay as we were visiting for a gig and a day out the hotel is in a very good location as alaxandra Palace is a quick taxi journey away and tube station is a 10 min bus away and the bus stop is right out side . The hotel was very clean and the room was a good size the bed was very comfy and the room kept the heat in was the staff were very friendly the hotel had no restaurant but this did not matter as nandos maccies and a few more restaurants were on the door step. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be returning
Cheap but NOT so cheerful. Grubby, but reflects the price.

Hotel was CHEAP for 2 nights for 3 people! Bed was comfy and was a place to lay your head and sleep BUT....... As per other reviews on here Google and booking . Com, the first impression was the lift area and the lift itself really smelt. Also the decor in the whole place needs seeing to/updating. Peeled off wallpaper and chipped paintwork and dampness on the walls. No bar or restaurant As advertised when booking! Hair dryer literally sparked/blew up/ burnt out whilst my friend was using it. And last but not least literally the carpet outside our room looked like there had been a bloody stabbing! Really really needs some money spent on it!

My partner and I booked this hotel weeks ago to travel down from Liverpool as we had tickets for the AJ fight. 48 hours before we are due to check in I receive a phone call from the hotel to tell me ‘due to unforeseen circumstances they cannot fulfil my booking’ when I asked what the ‘unforeseen circumstances’ were she just repeated that they cannot fulfil my booking. I am disgusted that a hotel can do this!! I asked were they going to provide us with alternative accommodation and she replied no I should ‘look on booking.com!’ We are now left stranded as due to the boxing being on in the area, all hotels are fully booked. I believe the real reason we were cancelled is because they knew they could sell this room for twice the price when they realised the boxing was on and so sold our room to someone else. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! Shocking customer service!!
A great find.

Cheap, cheerful + clean ! An ex Ramada - so the rooms are standard hotel style. Loads of parking with lots of eating options just steps away. There was tea and coffee in my room - with 5 types of tea, Green, Earl Grey etc, and 2 packets of super yummy biscuits ! Brilliant value - i'll be back !
