great location great staff (thanks again to Amalia) the house manager nothing was too much trouble.. Difficult job for them just now but all the staff were professional and friendly. sterile hand wipes by all doors and lift entrances was a nice 'touch' I would recommend this hotel to anyone needing to stay in the area
Love Ramada at M1 Gateway Services
I have to say I do genuinely love staying at Ramada at Gateway services. The staff are amazing and when working away from home they make you feel like you have a second family. Luiza is absolutely amazing and makes you feel at home, every hotel needs a Luiza. Liked it that much I’ve booked another week. One thing I’ve really loved is the food, which with COVID is served in takeaway boxes but don’t let this fool you, you get really good portion and the taste is amazing. What is not to love at Ramada? Absolutely nothing. Highly recommended :-)
Engineer
I visited Ramada hotel to do some maintenance works for my company. The reason I'm leaving this review is because of hospitality, I was treated so well I felt like part of the furniture, I felt like I knew the staff for a very long time. I work away from home at least 2 days a month, I will now tell my manager to add Ramada to my list of hotels so if I'm working close to Ramada, I will stay overnight to try it out. 10 out of 10 for my engineering visit
Always Welcoming
Having stayed here for many weeks during these difficult times, I would like thank all the staff for being so welcoming and accommodating. Always on hand, polite and attentive. The rooms have alway been clean and are reasonably priced. Makes working away so much easier. Thanks to Ewelina and the rest of her colleagues at the front desk.
Great hotel!
Reasonably priced, friendly staff, good food. Stopped here many times and never had any complaints. The staff are great, always cheerful and smiling. Ideal location to get into London. Louisa is faultless! She will do anything for anyone and always smiling ear to ear.
