My stay here was incredible but I’d like to give a special shout-out to all the kitchen and restaurant staff. Everyone was wonderful and always very helpful. I had such a good stay, I’m booking another one!

I had previously stayed for several days at an NH Hotel in Bogota where everything was perfect. The experience in BAQ was disappointing. Problems began with check in. I had reserved a junior suite and when we arrived at 11:00 it was unavailable. Almost three hours later, at 1:45 I was told that the maid was almost done cleaning and it would just be a couple more minutes. I returned at 2:45 and was told it was still unavailable and would not be available until 3:00 (the official check in time). I finally got checked in about 2:55. The place appeared to be generally understaffed. The room safe didn't work. At first, it was the battery. I called and they sent someone to fix it. The battery was changed but the thing still didn't work so I was left to carry my wallet, money and passport through the streets of BAQ Windows were extremely dirty, interfering with what should have been a nice view. No water in the room and it cost 7,000 pesos to buy a small bottle from the front desk. In a hot climate like this, there should be at least a bottle of complimentary water in the room, but no. Location was good, and the room itself was fine, which saves them from a one-star review.

It was a great experience for the price, convenient location, cleanliness and a most friendly staff. I would definitely come back again, and I will surely recommend this hotel to any family and friends that plan to visit the area in the future.

This hotel used to be good. The staff has changed & it has gone downhill. Dirty windows. No working safety box. Terrible wifi. And I was mistreated by the staff. I wanted to upgrade to a junior suite (pay for it) & Pamela at the reception wouldn’t let me, even though they had 6 showing. Ayda the manager too wouldn’t do anything. Customer service is truly lacking in this hotel. I moved to Hotel El Prado. Way better service and amenities!

well located, clean rooms, organized administration, nice spaces, breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly, the site is safe, you can go out late, it is close to everything, I want to return on my next trip because the experience was fantastic
